You can objectively look at what has happened. I want to add a caveat to this that it does help process things to get the most effective outcome. It is to take what you've experienced, your thoughts, etc., and discuss that with your therapist. Overall, as I've said, this practice is top-notch. Your nervousness or apprehension will instantly disappear when you walk in and are greeted.
