He sent pictures of the carb out of the bike alright, but I had to take it back 3 times because it was spilling gas every time I tried to start it. G swore up and down there was nothing wrong with it. Tried starting it earlier this year, and it puked gas all over my garage. So, I took apart myself only to find that the carb wasn't clean-dirty bowls and clogged float vavle, there was no new carb kit as all the seals were old and brittle - and that the gas line was secured with a zip-tie!!!! Super dangerous!! I tried reaching out to G for an response - nothing but crickets! Beware of this outfit!

From my experience they don't really listen to your problems or just don't care…read more I had them press rear bearings for me and when they did they seated them incorrectly, costing me over $1000 having my wheel hub replaced as well as the 2 lyndall sprocket it chewed up in the process. My fault cause I brought them the bearings apparently. when all that it needed was a rotor spacer $4 part. Not sure how with all the experience in the building that couldn't be deduced... their response was " as long as the rotors not rubbing it's fine" it wasn't anymore cause they pressed the bearings incorrectly.... Still my fault cause I supplied the bearings.... Then they put in a 1250 kit on my sportster in which every gasket leaked atleast twice and I was given some grief at the fact that I wanted a bike that didn't leak from the owner and push back. On top of that I'd been chasing a noise they refused to actually pay attention to and just gave me the run around every time I dropped it off. only to find out doing my own due diligence the bolts they removed to install the kit aren't torqued to spec. I wasn't charged for any of the additional gaskets needed however for the one job my bike saw their shop atleast 5 times that summer, not counting the time I had to re drop it off cause they didn't complete the service I requested. I originally had a better review posted but I'm still leaking oil from my base gasket on the rear cylinder and I'm having to go through my bike and make sure bolts on the drive train are actually tight and I'm constantly wondering what care was taken re building my rocker box's and the other internal parts if I have bolts on the outside loose. Shops beautiful, summers nice. Other than that my experience wasn't great and as it's known for being performance driven I expected to be taken care of much better and I shouldn't have ever even had any push back to having my bike fixed properly.

Just a regular starter, that I was charged $910.00 . The problem I was having was due to a bad ground. I didn't need a starter. Frank ran a new ground to the frame, and that fixed my starting problem. Didn't need a wire ran down to the starter....didn't need a starter...didn't need a new battery. They took me big time. Hoping to see harley dan sometime, to ask him why he screwed me. One star is giving this place too high of a mark.

I took my MT07 to Vickery Motorsports for a recall. Months later when I went to do my own oil…read morechange, the drain plug was stripped and the filter was so overtightened it caved in trying to remove it. They agreed to fix the drain plug, cool. Got the bike back -- now it's leaking oil. Took it to an independent shop for a look. What he found (pic attached): the helicoil they installed is visibly crooked, and there were still metal shavings sitting in the oil pan. Filter was overtightened again. Called Vickery to discuss. Their response was essentially "that was our best guy, he double checks everything" with no explanation for the shavings or the crooked repair. No offer to cover the cost of having another shop redo their work. Just said they wished I'd brought it back again (why would I?). Will never let them touch anything I own ever again and would recommend you do the same. Plenty of other great shops around.

Have had it back in 6 times. Has 3 hours of ride time in two years. Has cost me over $14,000.00 dollars. IT WAS NEVER THERE FAULT OR PROBLEM WHY IT WOULD NOT STAY RUNNING! If you like to spend time in there shop and spend a lot of money go to Peak Powersports. By the way, took it to the lake and it ran for 20 minutes and quit..................
