These guys handled my repairs quickly and worked with me on many points. Multiple employees went way above and beyond for me. I had a few friends suggest other shops because dealers are supposed to be more expensive. But after calling three other shops Honda beat their quotes by a long shot. I get my 1984 Honda VF 700S serviced here. They are happy to work on the bike, although Fay Myers Honda, it's original seller, won't touch it even though it's in pristine condition with 12,335 miles. This was our first stop on a long motorcycle shopping trek the day before 4th of July. Everyone seemed to be having a great time in this small shop but i guess no one (ie: SALESPERSON) had the time to inquire as to what we were interested in. We sat on bikes, wandered around, looked puzzled AND looked around for some help. It was a 'no - go' and we ended up walking out after about 15 minutes. If you read their website they make it seem as if every customer who walks through the door gets 'personalized service'. I guess maybe we didn't LOOK like motorcycle riders? (We had on jeans, riding boots, and the rest of our gear in our vehicle in case we wanted to test drive...). The fiancé is really REALLY into his bike. He has a Honda CBR 1000 and this is hands down the best place to get accessories and parts. The service is outstanding and if you go in be sure to ask for Jon. Jon is really great at helping us get what we need. He will beat any price in town and sometimes even online and can order anything you need. This shop might be small but the service is what sets them apart. Unlike some of the other places in town they do not pounce on you right when you walk in. They remember your name and they are very customer focused. If you need something all you have to do is ask. The staff is friendly and very knowledgable and like I said they will order you anything you need. They also have a decent selection of bikes. I've taken my VTX1800R to them a lot over the last 10 years. From time to time, I would pick another shop because of location or a friend recommended how incredible or inexpensive thier shop was.... But it always comes down to service, knowledge and trust. Aurora Honda has Always provided great service! When another shop totally messed up my engine, they took it in and got it back to where it seems to run better than when it was new. I'm getting ready for a 7500 cross Canada ride. I've ridden 49 States (I rented in Hawaii), 3 Provinces, 1 Territory and when I finish this trip I'll add the rest of the Provinces all on my VTX. 6-20-2020 10:00am. I have a classic CB900 and was just told by service that they don't work on classics until the winter. I asked why, were they not familiar with the older bikes and told them cash is cash. His response was that he "didn't want to, they were too involved". If it takes longer I am willing to pay for that so they are not losing money, seems they are either lazy or incompetent. They did ask if I wanted to know where I could take it but I just told him where to go. I don't want to, smh, they just lost a cash customer before I ever stepped foot in there! read more

Maybe a 2 star review is a bit harsh. I did not get to see their store because when I arrived Saturday afternoon just after noon they were closed for the 4th of July weekend. I probably will not go back (never say never) . I checked their website , it didn't say anything about closing early that day. If you need motorcycle service FORGET this place. I live near this dealership and I own 2 Honda's and i really try to do business with them. Every time they try to upsale me on items and over charge for device. I ran over a tack on my RC 51 and took it to this dealership they told me I was near my wear bars on the motorcycle tire and recommended a new tire I said no thank you not yet I want to get some more miles out of this tire......"what ever" he says then tells me the repair would be 75.00 plus 20.00 patch. WoW I thought. Realllly!!!!! I removed the wheel from the bike myself and brought it in. I politely said no thank you. And I told him this is Friday I've been to three motorcycle shops that were too busy and I was surprised to see nobody in the parking lot at this one and I realize this is why. Aurora Honda get your stuff together. And by the way fix your phone number so it rings directly to you guys and not a third-party answering service. Please look at the pictures and look at the parking lot and look at the tire go figure. I did drive out to Fay Meyers on Arapaho and they fixed it for $35. Walked in there to have a tire changed on my tw200 and was instantly impressed, the service department started working on it right away they didn't tell me to come back later o to leave it and eventually they get to it like the big HD and Yamaha dealer usually does. Talking with the techs and the staff i realized they really know their stuff , they are professional but also friendly , they even quoted me a great price for a new Grome! Decent mechanics but crap customer service, especially over the phone. It's near impossible to get a hold of anyone working there. If you have any inquiries or questions, you pretty much have to go into the shop in person in order to accomplish even the simplest of tasks with them. These guys do not make being their customer easy. This review will be detailed as I have seen some trends inn both the pro's and con's of other reviews. I can assure I shared several of these issues that other customers review about and their complaints are NOT one-offs. This is how this shop does business. You can decide if navigating these issues is worth it for you or not. PRO: 1. They were able to get parts for my bike I have not been able to locate on my own and did a great job with installation. 2. They actually are very good mechanics. They didn't try to get me to buy unnecessary stuff (much appreciated, this alone makes them start out as a 5 star mechanic in my book). Cons: 1. Their customer service over the phone is awful.( -3stars for sheer frustration) Straight up, them not-giving-a-shit about their customers, awful. I called only during business hours because like many of us, I also have a job and can't just "come in" between 9-5:30 Tuesday through Friday, and the idea that a customer would have to wait until saturday and then finally get to come in in person just to ask questions or make a request is asinine even for a "family owned business". So I called again and every 30 seconds you get the option to be transferred to another department (who also will not answer), leave a message (inbox is always full, clearly they never bother to go through or answer their messages), or speak to the administrative assistant (there isn't one, it's just another phone line that also rings for another 30 seconds before giving you all of these options all over again). After ringing to every department and repeating this whole cycle over and over for exactly 15 minutes... the system finally just says "goodbye" and hangs up on you. THATis high maintnance, annoying and frustrating! But, because I had to, I kept calling until I got to talk to a person.I got bounced around on their god-awful phone system for just under 43 minutes that day before "Tim" finally answered. and its like this EVERY TIME. Completely frustrating! 2. When I came to pick up and pay for my bike, there was one guy in line infront of me the guy behind the counter nodded at me but it would be another 20 minutes before he even asked me what I was there for. Meanwhile other guys come in and continue to line up behind me they get bored and look around the shop waiting for acknowledgement and service. It took 30 minutes just to get to cash out (which only took 5 minutes). One old man in line grumbled that he hates coming here because its painfully slow every time and If he didn't live so close he'd go "somewhere better." That old man summed up exactly how I was feeling. Sure the mechanic did a good job... but other places to a great job at a fair price too. I was there because this was my neighborhood shop. They claim people like the friendly atmosphere and that kind of service takes time. What Aurora Honda is doing, is the opposite of that. shopping from them, Is an impossible time suck from start to finish, and they need to get their shit together. this phone service was a problem every time I called the store (being on hold for at least 15- 40 minutes every time?!?!) I'm not going back at least until they fix that phone system. if you can't be bothered to answer the phone or return your customers messages, you don't need my money. I guess i'm just functioning under the assumption that businesses actually WANT more business and the money and customer base that comes with it. But heres my biggest question: why make being your customer so difficult? ...2 stars! PS: Fix your damn call system and return peoples messages. It isn't that hard, plenty of "small, family run" businesses do it every day! read more

I've been there many times to service my CB900C, and there service is great... however, don't go in there to buy a motorcycle. Tried to talk to sales person to see if it was worth coming in. They said they don't do over the phone, but come on in. When I came in 30 minutes later, I was never noticed, and Judy got me to the same person I spoke. After several minutes of discussing stock# 208906, a dropped Kawasaki EN500, he literally got angry and said goodbye. Went away to run other errands and stewing on it. Called back and asked Judy to talk to another sales guy. The new guy allowed me to make offer an offer over the phone, $500 above the current NADA trade in value, for the bike which was promptly rejected and told 'have good day'. So... be ready to pay full retail for a slightly wrecked low miles motorcycle because they ain't selling or negotiating otherwise. - BTW, if someone could take me to Loveland, I was told over the phone that I could pick up either of the Ninja 250's for $2058 each (all in). I went here initially for service on my 2016 Honda Goldwing. I chose them because they had good reviews. It turns out that the reviews were correct. These guys are great. They are friendly and helpful and get the work done correctly. I am very satisfied with the work they did on my 2016 Goldwing. Later after I had the service work done, I bought my wife a new 2015 Honda Rebel for her to learn on. Then I saw the new 2018 Honda Goldwing they had on the show floor and I bought that too. I wasn't planning on buying the new Goldwing but they gave me a great deal on my trade and on the new bike so I did it. The entire sales experience was the best I have ever had. I worked with Rod over the phone days prior to making the trade and he had all the paper work completed when I arrived so that the whole deal took very little time. Here's the deal. This is going to sound like a strange review, based on the fact that I have never purchased anything from this shop. After talking with a couple other Honda shops in the Denver area, I began working a deal to purchase a new Pioneer 1000 from another dealer. After things started to go sideways, I decided to keep searching. That's when I came across Aurora Honda. Rod went way out of his way to help me. In fact, mid way through our dealings, I wished I had found their shop first. While I didn't end up buying the machine from Rod it was ONLY because of the difficulty of locating exactly what I wanted, when someone else had it in their actual inventory. Rod shot straight with me right from the beginning (not the case with the other guys) and even helped me to make sure I was getting the right deal from the competition. Again, I'm not a customer, but you can bet I will find a way to do business with these guys. Everything about our dealing tells me they are exactly who you want to be doing business with. I stopped into Aurora Honda to get some gear after getting my motorcycle license (already had a bike). Being new to bikes, I was really grateful for the patient and helpful staff that made sure I had the right gear and that I was comfortable in it. With a neck injury I was a bit worried about being able to find a light enough helmet that wasn't incredibly expensive. Not only did I find a great helmet that fit really well, but it was very affordable (far better than some of the expensive brands I've seen elsewhere). When my bike needed new tires they were able to get the tires and schedule an appointment promptly, and had the bike ready to go in a couple of hours despite being quite busy. I won't go anywhere else for bike gear. When my motorcycle battery died on me in Evergreen, my husband went to Aurora Honda to get a new battery to bring up to me because they had the best prices (by far!) of everywhere we checked, and had a variety in stock to choose from. I've been to Aurora Honda several times and each time have been incredibly impressed with the service and inventory. read more

I'm still hoping for some resolution. However, no one has contacted me and my phone calls are not returned. While I have always had great experiences in parts and service, I am at a loss on how to deal with my recent poor service with Aurora Honda in my quest to obtain a new/used seat for my 1989 Goldwing. In April I went in for oil/filter and inquired on how to not pay $700-$800 and was referred to Rod. Rod asked me to call back in a week as he was going to check. I called in a week, he had forgotten but asked me to call again in a week, which I did. Through Kevin in sales (as Rod is not always in the store) I scheduled an appointment for a Saturday as I work downtown during the week. On Saturday, when I called to confirm, I was told by Kevin that Rod's parents (owners?) had told him to go to some event. and he would not be available. I have repeatedly called since and sent contact information via the website but to no avail. I called last week and Kevin advised he would speak w/Rod but STILL no response. read more
