She screamed, "This has happened many times to me and you need to pay me"!!, I calmly showed her the transaction on my phone which was pending, she then again screamed at me "SEE YOU HAVE NOT PAID ME"!!!! I said ok I'll call me bank , talked to the bank rep , payment was pending because the WOMAN typed the wrong Zelle info , I had to cancel the payment and she reentered her information, this time I told her don't blame me if you enter your information wrong again , then she had the nerve to say, "DON'T FORGET TO ADD THE TIP" I told her no way I'm going to tip you I walk out and told her I was very displeased with her service

When they were massaging they are very talented, but the music is nice until the commercials comes on and my massage was interrupted twice because someone came to the front door. Our massage was 45 minutes and they didn't even finish my partners massage. No notice that it's over they just turn light on and exit quickly. When we were leaving no one in front to leave a tip or say goodbye or come again. Will never be back.

I thought to myself damn maybe she needs more oil or maybe she's going to get those hot rocks .. NOPE came back empty handed. And she didn't just leave for a few seconds it was always minutes at a time. Then to top it off she asked for a tip in the end which is fine (great service deserves a tip) so I said sure I'll give you $10. Apparently that wasn't good enough she wanted $20. Maybe $20 would have crossed my mind if you didn't leave the room 8 times and cut my massage short by 20 minutes. So I said never mind to the tip and I'm 99.99% sure she called me mean names This place is a joke. Avoid it at all costs. And prints out a second receipt, I had to remind her only 50$ on my card . Honestly if they're going to be so pushy about the tip they should post that on their price list .
