My husband came here, not reading the reviews. BIG MISTAKE! He said he got a weird vibe as soon as he walked in (late after work). The masseuse made him pay upfront and started the massage by sitting on him. Wtf is that?? He told her he felt uncomfortable and didn't want to go through with it. He asked for a refund and the girl said he had already paid. He just wanted to get out of there so he told her to keep $20 and give him the rest back. Please read reviews before coming here. This place is a joke went in there to get a massage she had me pay upfront for an hour then put me In a room. She massaged me for a bit then started offering me sexual favors and I refused, so she continued to massage after then customer walks in. I arrived to my appointment with a sore lower back. The masseuse asked me to pay her up front for a 60 minute full body massage. I handed her a $100 bill, she gave me $50 back. She massaged me on my back only without any oil for the first 40 minutes, it hurt really bad and I asked her 4 times to go softer and please use oil and She finally listened about the last 20 minutes of the massage. The following day my entire back was bruised and my sciatic nerve starting hurting so bad. This woman bruised up my back so bad and threw my hips off. When I was leaving, I gave her a $10 tip and she said "60 minute massage you give me a $20 tip and 30 minutes, you give me $10" Ummmm... no lady. I NORMALLY TIP $25 or more when someone does a great massage and listened to my needs but I asked her 4 times to use massage oil and go softer. Now I'm dealing with a chiropractor trying to get me back to being able to walk. Sucks. Let's just say I'm not going back there. :( read more

Location is well kept and clean. The ladies were nice, but the massage was not good. I'm not a picky customer but I expected more, I could have paid my sister $40 for half an hour and I'm sure she could have done better than them. I never experienced the 'aaahh' moment that I expected. Worst thing is that as I was walking out she said "are you forgetting something?" She was talking about her tip. I felt that was so rude. At this point I probably shouldn't have tipped her but I did...and she continued to follow me out the door and count the tip in front of me. Upon entering, if you're a male, they force you to pay up front. FYI....not every guy is trying to get a happy ending. Not only did I have to pay first, but, they charge you $3 to use your debit card. Did not have cash, so I was going to have to use my card again, for the tip. I got the one hour, full body massage. During my massage, the lady left twice to answer the phone, or attend to other people walking in, did not massage my scalp, nor use hot stones. Massage ends, I proceed to the register, telling her not to charge me another $3 for using my card again, to leave a tip. She (Angie) says, "How much?" I say, "$10." She says, "$10, that's it?" I had a massage here the other day. Like another person mentioned, they charged for the massage before the massage. They were very adamant about wanting cash but I only have plastic on me so I had to pay an extra two dollars. I got the 60 minute massage so the total was $52. HOWEVER, and I am not joking, after the lady finished my back and had me turn over. She asked, using very clear hand singles, if I wanted an extra, sexual service. I politely declined and she finished the massage. I was not sure how to respond but I thought it best if the massage just finished. Upon leaving, I was almost stopped and asked for a tip. I said I do not have cash and do not want to use my card again and get charged $2. She said it would only be $1 this time. I refused and left. She sort of stared out the window while I get in my car and drove way. She continued looking helpless in hopes that I would go back and give her a tip. Yeah, not happening. Worst place to get a massage, unsure what happen, maybe new owners, as my previous visit was bad, this visit was the WORST. I've been here several times for the last 3 years and yesterday 1/25/2020 will be my last visit. The massage was really bad, It was like having someone rubbing lotion over your body. This was a massage for two, both employees talked the whole time, during this rub down. Again the worst massage ever. When we were ready to leave, they offer us water by pointing at the water cooler to serve ourselves. So again we received a rub down in lieu of a massage and we were ask to get our own water. We had to pay for service prior to receiving our rub down, so now their looking for a tip. I gave them a few tips; 1) Ask questions are there any focus points or areas. 2) You should ask if it's OK to talk during the service, I expect it to be quiet. 3) I was not asked during the service how the service was going. 4) Work on your customer service it sucks. I gave the lady a $20 bill, and ask for change she responded what would you like, I said a $10 and two $5s. This lady came back with a $10 bill, I asked for the rest of my money, she acted as if she did not understand my question. I then said $5 for you and $5 for the other lady for your time as your service completely SUCKS. She asked for more tip and showed me a written out poster reflecting tip amounts with ratings , starting with $10 for good going up to $20. I responded to her add $5 for a waste of someone time for coming to Harmony for a massage, honestly I really wanted my tip back. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had. You going in wanting to relax and expect great service. However, that was not the case. They charge 50 dollars for a 60 min body massage. I went in there feeling something was off but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Should've listened to my gut. The lady only gave me a 45 min massage. I told her that she had cut me short my well paid time and even showed her my receipt that had the time and a text that I sent minutes before the massage. Even then she denied it! after talking it over with another lady, she said she would finish. She did not apologize . At that point I was already mad. During the massage her and another lady kept talking and having a full blown conversation.They were so loud, it was not peaceful at all. After the massage i was making my way out and the lady literally runs and comes out and ask for tip. I told her I would not be giving her any tip. The women working in Harmony give you a quality massage for a great price. They charge $39.99 for an hour. Yes, they do ask for a tip, which, could usually be about $10 if you like the service. I always do. Other massage parlors charge as much as 55-65 an hour AND they want a tip AND they don't do as good of a job. This is a legitimate massage parlor. There is nothing improper happening here. I suspect the therapist getting the hug appreciated the tip, but not the improper hug from the client. Check the certificates on the wall. The women here have training as massage therapists. I have been to massage chains and even a Thai Massage place in Riverside that got good Yelp ratings...but Harmony beats them all. I also lived in Thailand for 1 1/2 years and Korea for 3 years. My advice to anyone who is unhappy with their massage is to talk to the manager, or chose another therapist for your next visit.
