I would expect this from a county hospital. There were many people waiting for at least 8 hours including a father and son who were sent by a research group in Honduras to have the son seen by cancer specialists. The son has stage 4 colon cancer. He was waiting alongside my mother! At 10:53 pm the nurse stopped by to let us know my mother is being admitted and the doctor will come by soon to speak with us. There is no need for this type of wait or lack of service. This is bad healthcare.

I also appreciate that APLA Health allows patients to use other locations and providers if needed, without forcing people to use the same provider.
