I had an accident at target and needed urgent care immediately after the incident. I received pain medication and was referred to x-ray my xray concluded a fracture on my hand. I went to the follow up to with Dr. Lee he informed me that he could not prescribe any pain medication after reviewing my x-rays instead l can have a referral several weeks to over a couple of months meanwhile deal with the pain I spoke with Supervisor Ms. MICHELA so disappointed with the office and with the care and service I have been receiving I no longer will go to this office or any of the Saban clinics the bottom line they are now acting as they should survival clinics doctors in transition, They don't appear to know what they're doing any longer just so disappointing after the injury and not receiving any pain medication. I have to start all over and look for a doctor and deal with the level of pain I'm n @ a 9! My hand is numb tingling, I'm in severe pain on the left side of my entire body.clinic Politics I no longer have confidence in the operating process. They are not helpful and they do not prescribe medication for the most part that you need especially if you're in severe pain so what is a doctor for? I will no longer be a patient, I'm done with the run around. The supervisors advice today for me was to go back to emergency or urgent care. I already been there and done that in addition to their office actually reviewing my Xray viewing the fracture What kind of advice is that to just keep on repeating the same process over and over again. No help ! What a nightmare dealing with this office and the P.A. Allison Nuques. I submitted a refill request for my medication last week. Usually they get back to me within 24 hours and refill it. I hadn't heard anything so I messaged them. Someone in Allison Nuques's office messages back and says that I have to set up an appointment AND be seen FIRST before I can get a refill. UM WHAT?! Im already out. I can understand asking me to set up an appointment to be seen before the NEXT refill but to hold my medication hostage for months until you have appointment availability is not acceptable. (And no this is not a controlled substance or pain med) So I call and get the rudest and most unhelpful customer service rep named Norvina who says there's no way for me to reach Allison's office but that he can set up an appointment for me. That doesn't really help me but sure. He then tells me she has no availability for 2 months. So you're telling me that Allison expects me to go months without my medication?? Who does that? He then says he can set up an appointment with a different provider for me but that there's no guarantee that provider can refill my prescription.. So then what would be the point of that? I ask multiple times for him to request a call back from Allison's office and after asking 5 times he finally agrees to send a message to Allison's office requesting a call back. I also requested to speak to operations manager and he said "oh, I can type out a complaint for you and send it to her. Just tell me what you want to say". Um, no thanks. I'd rather talk to her directly. If I needed to be seen before my refill then Allison's office should have told me that when they filled my last refill. Not after I run out and request a refill. I had the best dental experience with both my initial consultation and examination and follow up cleaning. She is smart, funny and kind and boy is she a master. Constant errors, poor referral department, medical assistants, call center, sometimes rude, fast talking call center mixed with professional mature call agents. Spend hours, days trying to reach supervisors to clean up fix constant errors, disconnect, incompetence, a waste of patients time adding to stress, health issues, extreme delays, constant problems. The treatment plan she prescribed for me was to try acupuncture on my first visit, then something called shockwave therapy once a week for four weeks, then acupuncture once again. I have never tried acupuncture in my life, but I was willing to try something new to see if it might help relieve me of these life-long issues. I met Dr Tinh Vuong, pre-COVID, for Acupuncture treatment and then Trigger Point Injections where added. Both of these treatments helped me greatly. Post-void I was finally able to return for continued Acupuncture treatment. After a handful of Acupuncture treatments Dr Vuong asked me if I wanted to try the Shockwave Machine. This treatment is wonderful! This machine is able to get to deap muscle at my low back top of buttocks area. This is so deep that a Physical Therapist is not strong enough to reach. I have had such great relief! I love Dr Vuong, she is a great doctor and as a DO (Doctor of Osteopathy) she has a better understanding of the body. She was able to get right the heart of the problem. Pros: The facilities are modern and updated, they serve the needs of the community, the nurses and people who do lab/blood work are excellent and very nice, the pharmacy is meh. Cons: I've attempted to get mental health help and a referral to an external therapist since March 2024, and I keep getting bounced around from appointment to phone call to phone call to email to email back to appointment. I just need a referral - and the process is so convoluted and complicated, and makes me realize that getting therapy or a referral to a therapist shouldn't be this difficult. I feel like I have at least half a brain, but can't imagine what this must be like for more vulnerable populations. read more

Dr. Tinh Vuong, the doctor with the "God Hands". She is the best acupuncturist I have ever met. I had severe chronic lower back pain and shoulder stiffness. On the day of my first visit last year, I was in pain up to my neck due to a stiff neck the night before. The doctor needled my neck, shoulders, back, and lower back and then relieved the pain in my stiff neck with acupressure and massage. I remember I could sleep really good that night. Even now, by continuing to visit once or twice a month, the condition of my chronic lower back pain has improved significantly. The key to acupuncture therapy is finding a skilled doctor who provides accurate treatment for you. I'm so lucky to find the right doctor plus this hospital takes insurance, so it is recommended for those interested in acupuncture therapy but never have done before too. What can I say great place I been wanting to do this review for a while since I am in the medical filled my self. I went for a consult and was treated well right from the beginning in the front desk. Lady greeted me with a smile and welcomed me to the office as new patient. When I was called to delightful nurse introduced her self as Evelyn and said she would be my nurse. Took my vitals signs and asked me what my concerns where I had never been treated with such care and respect and took the time to listen to me. I was really happy with her services as she continued to check on me while the Doctor was with other patients. When it was my turn with provider he was amazing listen to my concerns also after Ms Evelyn had all ready put in her notes. Lab was done by Ms Evelyn and was great didn't feel thing she followed up and asked if I addressed all my concerns after the doctor stepped out.
