Tammy & I went back and forth via email and I showed her some inspo photos of what I wanted and she agreed Pavlic's could copy the bouquet. Come the morning of my wedding, I had my bouquet and boutineer for my groom delivered and it looked like a funeral arrangement (dead flowers everywhere), no babys breath like the inspo photos, unbudded flowers, many of the flowers were dead, and it was just atrocious. I was in sheer panic mode. I called Pavlic's immediately and Becky (the owner) informed me that Tammy had put my bouquet together and was now out of town. Becky offered to have her driver pick up the bouquet so she could fix it. And let me tell you, Becky did a STELLAR job. The bouquet (and boutineer) she re-did were AMAZING. Moral of the story: Becky saved my wedding day. There was no way I was walking down the aisle with that sad, sad bouquet I originally received.

They barely made it halfway through the store before an older gentleman said, "If you aren't going to buy anything, please leave so I can go to lunch." My daughter is on the spectrum so she looks quite young for her age. I can only assume he was stereotyping them as "teens" but that's beside the point. As a small business owner myself, I cannot imagine treating customers this way.

I am a floral designer and…read moremy husband asked for an arrangement for Mother's Day. he had to pre pay and when my flowers weren't ready on time, they grabbed a pre-made Kroger looking arrangement from the cooler that was priced less than he prepaid. he watched the tech (not calling anyone there a florist) tear off the old price tag, and then quibble about how they mark flowers up for Mother's Day. my arrangement looks like a Kroger red rose and babys breath situation from the 1980s with a little leather leaf. they didn't even strip the roses and there are brown leaves on the roses. what an absolute rip off and joke! not to mention a let down. I know supporting small businesses is our preference- but this is NOT floral design.

I selected what was described as "Bold & Bright Deluxe bouquet" and what was delivered was mostly green filler with 6 roses and another flower or two. I was aware that because it was a "Designers Choice", what was pictured online may not be available, so substitutions may be added- I was fine with that since it also said that the overall theme and style will be the same. Also decided to pay the up charge to make it the "Deluxe" to make up for any lack of color and even that didn't help. This is apparently an $86 bouquet before the delivery fees, services fees, taxes, etc., so in the end I paid $111 for a bouquet that looks like it's mainly made of grass/leaves. I ordered another less expensive bouquet from a different business that sent a gorgeous arrangement. I would not order from here again. Edit: They made this right by delivering another arrangement today that is much prettier. My mom is happy and said the flowers look & smell great. I appreciate them handling this appropriately and taking initiative to fix the issue.
