This was for a completely dry sandwich that came with no mustard no mayonnaise no butter no dressing. Another time I asked for salt and was told "no." I tracked down the manager who said "of course you can have salt." He gave me some in a small plastic cup. Since then I noticed they have packets of salt on the counter. That's great. Hopefully, they'll add packets of vinegar and maybe some mustard and mayonnaise (or they could have bottles for in-store diners' use. They really they need to be trained on Customer Service and I see other people have complained about that too. It's a shame.
