After a wait like that, I was definitely worried but they were cooked perfectly, just like we asked, and served warm. Some folks in our party were a bit annoyed about the wait. Some orders that shouldn't have taken an hour (pickles, pretzels) took as long as full meals which was strange. All in all, great experience and was glad we finally checked out Whetstone. They serve all their own beers at a really good price ($7) so just going there for beers and the view is definitely a move.
