The effect is disjointed, interrupted and a bit disturbing treatment that is skilled but less effective than other more focused and private care. Today I was refused treatment because my blood pressure was volatile, as always, and I had tingly legs and arms, as usual. The difference today was that they measured my blood pressure and realized I was right in what I had told them. They will say they are required to refuse treatment because it is dangerous. It is no more dangerous than other days for me. Dangerous for them perhaps? I got fairly good treatment here, until they realized I had been telling the truth. It took weeks to get an appointment and find a therapy that helped. Then on a day when I really needed help, they refused. This is a no, unless you are young, strong and healthy and your insurance pays on time. My bill got more attention than my health problems today.

I started adding sea salt to my protein powder mix. Later I added other electrolytes and I switched to mostly drink alkaline water instead of tea or sodas. A lot of my aches and pains went away. I started yoga in 1969 doing football. I dropped doing it until about 1993. I have kept it up since then. In my retirement I am grateful that some days I can get in 3-4 classes a day. I was rear ended on my way to class this summer. My car is out of the shop after taking 50 days to be repaired. My body has had a few other previous car wreck injuries that got aggravated in the recent whiplash. A couple of my previous chiropractors had moved away or retired.
