It would be helpful if there was an online link so patient could fill out in advance of their first appointment. Prominence Medicare required a $40 copay for the initial evaluation ($10/PT) and pre approved 16 visits. I had to suspend PT due to lower back pain and Dr requiring lumbar injections prior to an ablation therapy appointment and requested 6 weeks after ablation before resuming PT. Premiere closed my file until I could begin core strengthening PT in the future. read more

I attended here, they are much better than another facility I went too, I don't have a lot of experience in PT, [[HIGHLIGHT]]overall, it was good, they work very well as a team, I was on timers, so there's a constant rotation of who's helping you, the place looks like, everyone that kind of energy you want, friendly, professional, willing to help, I would find what they do all day very difficult, so I appreciate all they did.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The reason not 5 stars is toward middle of my session, there were doing something, relaxing, to help with my need, and I provided feedback, that I appreciated that, and how much it helped, then it never happened again, each time was different, and not with the same effect. There were no notes written, so when main PT was gone, so 2nd didn't know what to do, then my last session it wasn't included at all, with the best part of the whole session being this part. When do you do PT you are exerting yourself quite a bit, stressing the muscles, this Hand's On, I think they call, it kind of provided some much need stretching and relaxation and counter act to all that I had to do, and the 1st time, and I told him, I felt it for hours of relief, it was like a miracle. I guess they never had a serious injury to know the impact this could or did have. I missed writing on my exit, when they asked for feedback, because I usually arrive exhausted after work. Overall, I would recommend them based on my limited PT experience, the biggest reason is you can tell when someone cares, that #1, and they do! read more

I have been to a few physical therapists office and this one is by far my favorite everyone is so nice and fun. You really feel like they care about you there is a definite family dynamic in there. I was referred here about 2 years ago after a car accident injury and loved this place so much I came back a few months ago when I got instability issues with my shoulder. The staff that was still working from the last time I was there remembered me and welcomed me back. Emily was my therapist and she was amazing. She took her time with my evaluation and later recommended I see a shoulder specialist just to be sure I didn't require surgery. She constantly pushed me and challenged me with increased weights, resistance and new exercises. Despite the exercises being challenging and making me sore, they helped me get my mobility and stability back in my shoulder. Honesty, I can't recommend this place enough. If I ever need physical therapy, this is the only place I'll go to. read more

What an amazing place to help better your body from injury or other issues. I just completed my 2nd day (I will be there for now twice a week). I walked in nervous & unsure. Always the fear of judgment which is the last thing a person should need to worry about in a situation to improve their health right? Well let me tell you....everyone here is so NICEEEE. Smiles everywhere on the staff. They pay such amazing attention to detail with all of the patients working on their physical rehabilitation/therapy. There was a little good healthy humor through out the room between patients and the physical assistants. I felt cared for, comfortable, and safe! I went there twice a week for rehab after a knee replacement in April. They did a fine job the 5 weeks I was able to afford to go. I could have used another 7 weeks as my Dr ordered. Although they take my insurance they made me pay up front, $75 per session, and said once they had confirmation that I had met my deductible (which i had) they would reimburse me. Well, they got paid in July from Insurance and I just received my reimbursement check October 1. I get that some providers do this but I'm not sure if I'll go back there because of their billing practices. read more

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!!! let me just start with the staff, they are amazing, even when i have bad days they still stay positive and keep me on track. Sadly i have had two seperate accidents in 2011 and 2017 and i came here for both to get healing. The first one was my foot where i was told i may never walk again and now my foot is fully functional!!!! Now im back again after a knee injury and they continue to push me to get stronger. I have worked with Shane, Karolina and Chris i believe is his name. I just have to say from the minute you walk in until the minute you leave they motivate you to do your very best to get back on track I highly recommend it here!!! I had a serious right ankle tendon injury and was advised to go to Physical Therapy and I chose Premier Physical Therapy in Reno and am glad I did. Chris Amundson and Emily Ellerbrock, both highly rated and trained therapists were amazing. I needed two months of rehabilitation, twice a week and could not be more pleased with their entire staff. Everyone was kind, knowledgeable and patient with me during my recovery. Their equipment is first class and their Covid protocol is one of a kind. After each and every use of equipment, , benches, tables, etc. they were cleaned and 100% disinfected. Everyone wore a mask and the atmosphere was as comfortable as possible. The front desk personnel were very good with all new patients. My recovery is complete thanks to Chris and staff. If you need physical therapy help, just go visit Chris and Emily. Oh my GOD where do I start? Well, okay. First of all, I was diagnosed with Ménière's disease about a decade ago. So, I'm familiar with the vertigo symptoms associated with that. But about a month ago the VERY mild and infrequent vertigo episodes I had experienced over the years dramatically increased to something that I knew was way beyond, and likely unrelated to, the Ménière's. Moving my head from left to right and vice versa caused such vertigo that I was practically unable to walk without assistance, and driving was a nightmare. My primary doctor suggested it sounded like inner ear crystals, and she referred me to Premier Physical Therapy. Being sort of new to Reno, I accidentally went to this location on Sierra Rose, when my appointment was actually at the Sparks location. I was happily shocked when the super nice women at the desk told me that they could fit me in at this location, and they called the Sparks location to get my info faxed over. WHAT? I mean seriously, when has this ever happened to you? Beyond beyond beyond nice! My physical therapist was Emily, who is the nicest person ever, and after one diagnostic test (the Dix-Hallpike test, for nystagmus) she confirmed the diagnosis of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) caused by calcium carbonate crystals. After a single exercise (the Epley maneuver) to dislodge the crystals I A M C U R E D! Emily is a freaking miracle worker! The first time I became a client of Premier was through a referral by my attorney, due to a car accident I was in, with whiplash and soft tissue injuries. The staff was very professional and I was in and out within 5 months. Second time around I have to do PT again due to knee surgery and I decide to come back, its near my house which is convenient. Staff is personable and friendly. They don't sugar coat anything. They tell u exact what u gotta do so you can go back to the lifestyle u once had before the hiccup of PT interfere with your life. Emily was straightforward and related able. I was able to give her my concerns and she told me her plan for getting me back on my feet again. First initial exam went great, created a baseline for the start of treatment. Afterwards we ended with some Stem and Ice and I was done for the night. Coming back next week to start my plan of 3x a week for 4-6 weeks. Who know I might get back on my feet even sooner! I am very excited, but was very sore first session. I did PT with another group three times and they never were able to get me this far. I have started walking again and like I am getting my life together. Something else different about this business. The facility is always clean, the front desk always friendly and the therapy staff is amazing! They really listen to you and help you achieve results. They don't let you leave empty handed. They give you the knowledge to prevent re-injury and further pain. They are very knowledgeable and effective. I have never had physical therapy before so I was a little skeptical. I was no longer skeptical after my first visit. The front desk people were very friendly and explained how my insurance coverage worked. Every time I checked in I was greeted with a smile. The therapist and were so helpful and kind. The first visit we talked about my problem and an individual program was designed for me. The therapist walked me through each exercise and explained how each exercise would help me. All of the therapist work as a team they treat both the patients and each other with respect. My exercise program was also modified as I progressed. On my last visit I was given a printed individual workout program designed for me. I would recommend this place to anyone. read more

Great facility and staff - highly recommended. I came to Premier PT about three months ago with severe pain and numbness in my shoulder and arm due to some long-running issues. The staff at Premier put me into a two-times per week program of exercising and stretching. After about 10 weeks of therapy the pain and numbness are totally gone, and I have been able to return to all of my old activities. Everyone at the facility is top notch -- not only as skilled professionals, but also as great people who care about you as an individual and are personally involved in restoring your health. What an outstanding facility! My daughter has done amazing with them. She is only 8 years old and they do a phenomenal job with her. She is always the youngest one in there and she still loves going. She has made great strides in just a few weeks. Everyone is amazing, from the staff at the front desk to every other person who works there.
