Placed online orders from other retail companies and at least received a tracking number within 3 business days. Item was meant to be a gift and was hoping to at least have item shipped last week. Made a complaint to customer service asking for an update because not shipped yet and their response admitted that this is outside their normal processing time. I then responded to them asking them for transparency as to what is causing the delay, but they have not yet responded. Other reviews/complaints on Better Business Bureau confirm same disappointment from other customers who made online purchases. Most people were on the hunt for sandals, as their shoes tend to be over 100 dollars. The offerings were in big boxes by size where you had to hunt and peck for shoes. The offerings did not only include sandals, but also included slippers and tennis shoes. The men shoes had a lot more variety. Beyond the Olukai brand, there were couple of other brands being offered that provided yoga wear, snow wear, and sunglasses. The experience was good as fellow customers were not agressive. The event was pretty tame. If you have interested in a brand, and you don't mind searching through boxes, then this is a good opportunity to snag a deal.
