Outstanding. The flower arrangement they made for my sister for Valentines Day this year was outstanding. This is the 4-5th arrangement I've ordered from Back to the Fuchsia and they have been 100% outstanding. As a point of comparison I would say most of the time in ordering flowers (no matter what company I order from) they don't arrive looking as promised or the arrangement is 'thin,' or the flowers are 'closed,' or the arrangement is smaller than promised. But that's not the case with Back To The Fuchsia, they clearly have a standard of excellence they demand of themselves. I used Back to the Fuchsia for my wedding bouquets and was sadly disappointed. Jeanne helped me size bouquets based on sports ball sizes (which I looked at during consultation)...I ordered and paid for "basketball size" but upon pickup I received at BEST "volleyball size". My mom (who picked up the flowers) questioned and was shrugged off saying this is what I ordered and was getting. The flowers we got were wilted and did not look fresh. I held my bouquet for a quarter of my wedding pics because I was embarrassed by the way it looked. After the wedding I wrote the shop an email expressing my complaint. John replied and concluded "I feel you assessment of the events are misguided and incorrect." I was shocked that the florist owner would talk with a customer in such a manner. I cannot recommend Back to the Fuchsia as they did not provide the product that was discussed (and paid for) during consultation and were not able to fix or respectfully apologize for the situation when it was brought to their attention. Disappointed to say the least. read more

Used Back to the Fuschia for our wedding and I don't think it could have been better. We met with Jeanne early on to talk budget and ideas, and she instantly latched onto the feel we were going for. I did not have well thought out plans or ideas for what I wanted, just a general idea of what I liked and mostly what I didn't like. It took Jeanne about two minutes to figure us out before she started throwing out ideas, all of which were spot on! She asked about desired budget at the very beginning and stayed within it without any difficulty. The guys who deliver were awesome as well! All of the displays were stunning. I love my bouquet and we got so many compliments on the floral arrangements. I loved her use of herbs and other greens to bring in different dimensions, and one of my bridesmaids munched on the rosemary in her bouquet between the ceremony and reception :) I would suggest her to anyone in the west MI area! read more

I received a flower birthday cake and flowers in early september. The flowers are dark and the greens look like vegetables. The cake is dark burnt orange and green with brown leaves, not colorful or happy birthday colors. I would not order from them unless you can select colors. read more
