When my wife asked him to describe the bike, he was silent! As she looked over the bike, she discovered a long gash on the frame that he said he was unaware of. When I asked if he would offer an additional discount, he said no, it's already discounted. Since the battery on this model was not removable and that the ebike must be stored at 50F+, we decided against it, and ended up buying a different model that we actually liked better.
