Ugh, how I dreaded doing this since I knew the process would be brutal. My expectations were extremely low, and this location managed to surpass them quite easily. I counted on 2 hours, and we were there for 4. Added bonus, we had to return the next day for an additional 2 hours since they had to troubleshoot something else. I turned in my old phone for a credit and never received it. The sales rep said that it could take 2 months. After 2 months I called Verizon and they couldn't locate my phone. I gave them the tracking number and was told that this location shipped 10 older phones in one box. There was no way for them to tell which phone was mine. To top it off, they never honored my military discount. They said this could take 2 months too. This place is shady. Just make an appointment at one of the main Verizon stores.

I purchased a $100 gift certificate for this company from a fund raiser. I realized that it had…read moresince expired and was no longer valid. I contacted the company and asked if they would honor the gift cert at 50% or 25% ($25 for a $100 gift cert) if I made a large purchase. I was told they would not honor the gift cert in any way and would not offer any discounts. I understand that letting the gift cert expire was completely my error however I was surprised how unaccommodating or understanding the company was. There are plenty of printing companies no reason to give business where business is not wanted.
