If you are looking for Ultrasound guided injections to manage pain-look elsewhere. This practice will take an Ultrasound image but the Ultrasound is not used in conjunction with the injections during the treatments. Backfit was at one of the Yelp events. I came in for a consult because I was looking for a chiropractor & massage in one place. Backfit has it all, from chiro., to massage, to pt, and IV treatments. Even better was my insurance is excepted. They have flexible plans and a massage club. I love the stretching machine, the stem therapy on muscles, & massage. My massage was on a Friday around 4pm. Their last appointment is at 5 as they close at 6. I really enjoyed my 1 hour massage. Only thing is the massage room is a bit small and the face cradle needs to be replaced. Plus they had some type of see thur cover on it, which I'm not use to. I'm use to having a nice soft clean sheet or towel on the face cradle part. The sheet on the massage bed was very thin. Basically see thur. Glad I stayed face down. The massage I got was a deep tissue and when you fill out your intake paperwork it asked you for type of massage and target areas. I had a male massage therapist, something I wasn't expecting. He was great though. He only works certain days. So my massage was $95 and my chiro. visit is $55. Overall a good experience and the ladies at the front are very friendly! Wish they were open on Saturdays! read more

Should be investigated for their insurance practices. Sold us a "package" where we paid a lump sum to meet our deductible and then made us sign that we'd bring in any checks we got from our insurance company. Halfway through our treatment package the new year started. Before they would let my daughter continue her treatment session they told us we would need to give them more money. We refused and left the office. A year later we get a bill for over $2000 saying we got checks from our insurance company that we never brought in to them. We paid it to prevent them from damaging our credit. Just received another bill for over $1200 (now over two years later) for several "membership fees" that don't make any sense. When my daughter was getting treatment they would send her home with cheap devices and have us sign for them. "Don't worry your insurance is paying for them". Here is a back brace with a price of $300. Here is a back stimulator for $999. Oh and the their collection agency for past due bills is the same people as their internal billing office. read more

It truly has been a long time coming for me to write this review. I'm glad that I finally did. I am receiving physical therapy and allergy management and he care is absolutely fantastic! Everyone is so thorough and there always is a paper trail for everything- whenever you get your neck brace or back brace to the order of my custom immunotherapy. Alexa, the PT technician- if I could have a personal trainer or just a gym fitness class instructor like her I would drop extra money and actually go to the gym! She truly is the standard and everyone else (not in the office, I mean their competition) has to keep up. Those at the front desk are spot on when it comes to knowledge of insurance, cost calculations, promotions, and everything needed to run a physical therapy office smoothly. I'd also like to commend Dr. Noah Morganti, DC, for being amazing! He truly remembers your fitness/health goals and your timeline so the care is truly custom and tailored to you. I was referred to BackFit for 12 Physical Therapy sessions. Instead I was told I needed two X-rays, a consultation with a PA and injections in my shoulder. When I finally asked if they have Physical Therapists working there they said "we have two doctors and a tech." The two doctors were chiropractors not Doctors of Physical Therapy. I was lied to, pressured into exams I did not really need, and "required" to see a PA who spent the whole appointment trying to talk me into injections I didn't need or want. I left and went to Welch Physical Therapy where I received Physical Therapy from a Physical Therapist. No X-rays or injections required. read more

I have been going to this BackFit location for nearly 2 years on a weekly basis and have no intentions to stop. When I first started I was having a high level of pain in my neck that had been going on for over a year as well as some low back nerve pain. Through their plan they put me on I have had for over the past year little to no pain in both areas of concern. I know go once a week on a maintenance plan and have monthly massages. The staff has always been friendly, caring and a pleasure to see weekly. My wife has now begun going in hope to avoid a third back surgery. I highly recommend checking out what they can do for you. I bought a Groupon for a massage here. The massage was ok. It was not 90 minutes she cut me short too. But the massage rooms are right next to their exercise room where you can hear loud music, machine pounding, people laughing and horse playing, also door banging. So how can you relax in such environment? If you want to provide a good experience, sound proof the rooms. If you cannot do that maybe massage is not a good fit here. I walked, barely, in to backfit health and spine Sept. 4th 2020. I had the most excruciating pain in the mid to upper left side of my back. I had never been into a chiropractic office, especially after meeting people who'd had horror stories about adjustments that caused strokes! I never planned on stepping foot in one. However on this day where I was in excruciating pain I felt the alternative could truly be no worse. As I pathetically hobbled through the door asking if I could get an adjustment I was asked if I'd been seen there before. I told them no but I need an adjustment I'm in horrible pain and maybe an adjustment can fix it. It was then they told me they never do adjustments day 1 but an office belonging to another chiropractor would just down the road but they could get me seen for a consult. Being that I'm a cautious person, though disappointed I gave backfit my business. I went into their exam rooms where they realized I had a severe subluxation to one of my ribs, confirmed via xray and the fact that I could barely stand back up after and could feel the rib pushing upward towards my skin trying to break free. they used STMS therapy,I believe it's the acronym and ice to help alleviate the pain. I had a follow up appointment a few days later and they provided me with an entire treatment plan. I haven't followed it to a T but am so thankful to them for all they've done! I would highly recommend this place to EVERYONE! Their staff is extremely friendly, helpful and kind! Their floor physical therapy team are amazing and engaged. They take everything at your pace. They encourage you and truly care about your well being. Their doctors, medical staff and massage therapists are all top notch. Never have I questioned my care and I never would. I couldn't be happier with BackFit! I was referred by a friend who also had great results so after continually saying that it won't work for me I gave in and figured it was worth a try. For years I have dealt with pain in my back, neck (headaches) and legs and have tried everything. I have gone to other Chiropractors, physical therapists and medical doctors and wasn't able to get any long term relief. I definitely did not want to continue taking the medication my doctor prescribed as it only seemed to cause more problems. The office was great and much more than I even expected with an entire team of medical providers(Phil is awesome!), chiropractors, physical therapy working together. They took the time to really look at everything going on with me and it wasn't a short list lol. As a result they were able to find out what was causing my pain and came up with a plan that worked for me to get rid of it. Through their in house nutritional and food sensitivity lab testing (which was so easy to do and follow) and along with the very thorough physical therapy and chiropractic treatment they had me on the results have been amazing! Update: So after my disaster of an experience yesterday, my fiancé called them to ask them to no longer contact him for any follow ups as he had no desire to be treated at a place that treated us in such a way. Later in the day, he received a voicemail from Dr. Wong himself attempting to apologize. However, it was not an apology for his behavior, it was an apology that we felt that way. He further explained how he was justified to talk to us the way he did because he is passionate about what he does. In this message he disclosed how serious he felt our conditions were and disclosed a lot of info about my daughter and myself. Having worked in healthcare before, his discussion of anything about me or my daughter to someone not on the disclosure list constitutes a HIPAA violation. Regardless of what he felt, his discussion of any "conditions" is a clear violation. His message repeatedly stated how he felt slighted by our attitudes and how he felt so frustrated that it came out poorly. This is a Dr that very clearly needs to work on his bedside manner if he is to continue practicing. Lecturing people is not a way to engage them in their care. In addition to his "apologetic" voicemail to my fiancé, there was not a call to me apologizing for such behavior. Stay clear, I am 100% certain there are better, more ethical doctors out there to treat your pain. All this company wants to do is milk your insurance and you for more money. read more
