They sent two plumbers and I was ok with the $105 diagnosis charge. I was actually ok when they told me their charge for 2 was $350 per hour. What I didn't understand was a minimum of 1 hour. It ended up costing over $ 500 for a less than half hour job. It bothered me a lot and I called the next day to tell them how I felt about it. No call back from manager. No future business from me. There are other plumbers who charge for the actual time they work.
