Something I was very pleased with is she knew what I had requested in my online booking and was able to speak directly to what I wanted. She asked great clarifying questions and got to work with no delay. I was going from a darker color to a blonde highlight with a shorter haircut/style and she did an amazing job. Definitely recommend the salon and Savannah. there are so many salons available but I haven't found one that was reasonably priced, made me feel welcomed, with a stylist who has a great personality until now. One of the things that has been hard for me when visiting most salons- I have moderate hearing loss and the stylists have always been super chatty and ask tons of open ended questions. I usually can't understand 70% of what they say after Ive removed my hearing devices. That always takes makes me feel embarrassed when I keep asking them to repeat themselves or answer something they didnt ask. After showing my stylist my desired cut, she saw me remove my hearing aids. She did not make me feel pressured to make small talk. The head massage she gave me while shampooing my hair was wonderful and relaxing. She was gentle with my hair and took great care with cutting the layers. The front door was propped open and there was a nice breeze coming in. She made me feel happy, relaxed and at ease. I have never had such a quiet and relaxing salon experience. I look forward to visiting her again when I need my hair cut in the future.

Every time you enter, you are greeted by smiles from the Front Desk. Everyone is very kind and has a warm personality, the atmosphere is nice and the interior is beautifully decorated. The only services I have done is cut and color, such as a balayage. This salon and medspa seems to be the one-stop shop for all sorts of needs from hair, tanning, makeup, manicures/pedicures, etc. The massage chairs while you get your hair washed is top notch. Sara is phenomenal. She takes the time to make sure that you are comfortable, listens carefully to what you want, super accommodating and just always does a great job. Even the advice that she gives, she doesn't overstep and try to take anything over without your approval. The entire experience is a breeze with her. I look forward to booking with her again when she gets back from her maternity leave and I would definitely not mind exploring other services.

I also am not comfortable going back to the salon at this point. I am relieved I got my money back but the damage will take years to repair. I wear wigs daily to look professional for work. I'm not sure how I'll manage on vacation at the beach or for photos but given the circumstances I'll have to make do. Hopefully the salon learned to be more cautious and perhaps do a strand test on hair they aren't sure of while also not leaving the bleach on too long.

I could have gone in and risked staff and clients however, having a medical background in infectious diseases and vaccine research at Johns Hopkins I chose to cancel when I was advised to by my physician. I was charged $75 on an old credit card that didn't even belong to me. The owner has refused to return my calls. I found a new salon that is willing to await my test results. I gave them my physicians phone number as well as the confirmation for my test. They did not care about me, their clients or staff. It was all about the money!
