A HUGE change from where they were before ;) From the color schemes to the detailed paintings, I could see all the hard work it took to make dreams come true here. Let me start with this use to be a wonderful place. My husband and I had many great massages here…read morebut in the past 3 months the staff and quality of service have significant diminished. In May, my husband gifted me a spa day with a package of a massage, facial, and mani/pedi for Mother's Day. The facial specialist was so kind and professional bur unfortunately had a cough that persisted and she then gifted me a free salt room coupon for having to take many breaks during the facial service. She was the best part of the spa day. The other two girls (very young women) who did my nails and massage absolutely were not licensed professionals and it was more exhausting than relaxing. Since I had the gift coupon, I booked the salt room and decided to give another chance. On arrival everything was nice and I was given instructions and guidance on how to use the salt room from the front desk staff Abby. The service was for 45 minutes in the salt room. While I had no problems in the salt room itself, I was rudely surprised by a woman (the other front desk staff May) who slammed the door open and shouted at me that my session was done which abruptly startled me. She informed me i could leave after i gathered my items since i had shown my free salt room coupon on arrival. I walked over to the locker room and collected my things, glanced at my phone to see that almost 2 HOURS had passed. I ran to the front and inquired about the time, very disoriented from the way my service ended and now seeing the amount of time that had elapsed. The two women Abby and May looked at each other then confirmed that it was indeed 2 hours after I arrived. I was shocked and tried to figure out why my session went over, informing them that I had now missed another appointment that I had scheduled for 2:30 pm (it was already 2:45 pm and I was over 20 minutes away) and May LAUGHED and stated that they forgot to set the timer. I had no words and rushed out to navigate the problem. There was no apology, no slight consideration for my time and to make it worse, I am still pumping for my child (currently in my first year postpartum) and this threw off my entire pumping schedule for the rest of the day. I will not be returning to this spa and I hope this information helps others avoid a staff who clearly have no regard for other people's time.

I have…read morehad past stylists not really listen to how I wanted my hair cut or colored (they kind of did their own thing with my hair). This would totally tick me off and cause me to put off getting my hair done for as long as I could. Lori works with me (even if I come in with multiple pictures on my iPad) to decide on the right hair design and color. I always come out feeling pampered and refreshed. I just had an appointment with her this past Tuesday and am loving the versatility of my new cut. Love, love , love her!
