I go in with a vague idea of what I want and she will add in her own ideas and opinions on what she thinks would look best and make my hair look exactly how I want it. I followed Angie here from another salon and so glad I did. She has been styling my hair for quite a few years now and she certainly knows her stuff. All of the staff are top notch and caring. Other reviewers have mentioned this too, but it is worth mentioning again. A great shampoo, scalp massage and hot towel is included and it is very relaxing. read more

I moved to Cleveland in September and had to face the *dreaded task* of finding a new hair stylist -- not that I'm super picky about my hair, but that's a hard task! I chose Moxie, got my hair cut here two months ago with Olivia, and it still looks very healthy! I went midday during a Friday and there were only 1-2 other customers, but the salon is a little on the smaller side anyway. The salon is very clean and as you can see from other Yelpers' pictures, cutely styled. Olivia was very talkative and it was nice to talk to her -- I know everyone prefers their hair stylists different ways (some want to relax and not talk at all, others want a personal relationship with their stylist). Olivia is the latter, which I prefer as I generally cringe if it's just silence, haha : ). I mentioned to her that I had a dinner party later that evening and she asked if I wanted her to curl my hair for it. I said yes and she did an amazing job -- I expected her to charge me extra for this but she didn't at all, just included it in the cost of the haircut. Very sweet! Easy to get to and has a parking lot in a shopping center right in front. Extremely reasonably priced at about $50. Nice to see Kevin Murphy products in their store, which work well on people with fine hair (like me!). Will return! read more

I love my stylist Stephanie as she is creative, kind and flexible (and would follow her anywhere), but I love this salon too! Cute decor. A nice tea/coffee bar! Convenient parking. And I can schedule straight thru to my stylist without needing to call a receptionist! It's a perfect choice and I've been going here since it opened, supporting local women in business! read more

I've been going to the same girl for a few years, but I always have a hard time getting an appointment with her, so I needed to find another place and this is definitely it! I've been 3 times so far for a cut, color and a party night hair style. All 3 times were great. One thing I really like is the hair wash. You can tell they take time and care in everything they do by how well your hair is washed. They have very easy online scheduling that I love too, which is great for me who is always doing everything last minute. I've been to Annie (color and style) and Paula (cut) and would feel comfortable going to any of the other girls there from what I've seen. read more

While the color was great, there was hardly any hair on the floor following the hair cut and the price is so high with how little was cut off. The prices here keep going up and up and I felt like my stylist rushed through my service. For the price I paid I think the service was poor. read more

I went to this salon based on all the great reviews I saw on Yelp. I recently moved to the North Olmsted area from Miami. I walked in with longer hair (shoulder length) and asked for a trim. I walked out looking like I could be a backup member of BTS. Got layers and texture I didn't ask for. It took me years to grow my hair out to one length and now here we go again. I love going to Moxie!!! What a cute place and very friendly :) I get my cut and color by Annie and she is a master at what she does! She truly has a gift and knows what's going to look good and takes her time paying attention to every detail.
