It's near the Blue Anchor Pub, just before you go over the Intracoastal on your way to the beach. A Blast From the Past is owned by Dee Ziemba and it is made up of two boutiques, a couture boutique in front of the store selling designer handbags, shoes, clothing, and accessories, and a vintage boutique in the back with costume jewelry, hats, and collectibles. There was so much interesting art and beautiful porcelain but my favorite part of the store was the costume jewelry. It reminded me of all the time I spent looking through my grandmas jewelry box. I loved examining all of the gorgeous enamel pins and earrings that used to adorn the classiest of ladies. I also loved a Chanel bag and a really cool pair of Gucci sunglasses. Turns out this was the place that had been that store but was moved to a less expensive location. The gal working said that store had been owned by her mother -- who was currently working at a show. Meanwhile, I can see that this would have been a very popular place there and will be so here as well. It was located right around the corner from the tea room where my girlfriend and I had lunch. We saw the sign saying $10 jewelry and that brought us in to look. Outside there were a few displays and for $10 there were quite a few intriguing and charming pieces on sale. Inside, the two small rooms also had a few areas where jewelry had been marked down. My girlfriend immediately zeroed in on a pair of earrings and a bracelet that went perfectly with her outfit. The small store has a lot of inventory so you would certainly find something you can't live without! I like a certain type of bracelet and they had four of them! I can't usually wear costume (that is non real gold or platinum) as I'm allergic but I can wear costume bracelets. All four of them were so pretty that I had a hard time deciding which one to buy. Of course, the one I selected wasn't on sale, but I'm not complaining. It was a very good price. I'd definitely come back here in a heart beat. It was fun browsing. And I'm sure I'd find something else to add to my collection. You would too!

But we always end up walking around and doing a little shopping too. And the clothes in the window in Revival tends to catch my eye. They have some great trendy brands such as goldie and bella dahl. They also have some great denim choices. This past trip I didn't buy anything, but my 15 year old lucked out with a cute brown cardigan (apparently the color of the season) and jeans (brand= hidden). It's rare that my daughter and i find clothes in the same store that we like since she usually shops at teen stores like Editked and Brandy Melville. However, Revival hits the sweet spot with dressing teens, women in their 40s like me and my mom is in her 60s is a fan too. This is a great location, but I've seen other Revival Boutiques throughout South Florida and wish we had one in Chicago too!

Noticed the hip clothing throughout the store including an LV inspired mini jacket which was in my wife's hands within minutes as she posed for a quick pic. After browsing a few other clothing stores, I could tell this was the style she loved and rightfully deserved. She knew exactly what she wanted and tried on a couple garments but unfortunately none fit her well - not the clothing's fault.
