FOOD - We were told by the server that they were out of pulled pork, which is what we wanted. We both ordered a burger and fries. The fries were fine; the burgers were not. The burgers were extremely small, were overcooked, and had no taste at all. They looked like and tasted like hockey pucks. This is deeply concerning when there are so many burgers on the menu. WAIT STAFF: The server was also the bartender. She had a very kind disposition but seemed to be overwhelmed with being left alone to handle so many customers. Because of this, just placing an order and then waiting for the food took a long time. ACCESSIBILITY - Unless we missed something, the restaurant is not ADA-compliant and does not have accessibility for disabled people. PARKING - There was only 1 parking spot available, even though the restaurant was not packed. About half of the tables were available when we were there. How a restaurant could be out of pulled pork when it is on so many menu options is a real mystery. Looking at more of the reviews, this appears to be a common problem. The solution is quite obvious to fix this, but it appears they haven't. When people go to any restaurant, there is a basic expectation that the full menu is available unless something catastrophic happens. Based on the reviews, this seems to be a common occurance. I wish we could say that the pulled pork was great, but that wasn't an option. After looking at their Facebook, it seems they run out of things often. This is really unfortunate. This is just not the place to get a good burger. Really disappointing.
