The wait for all these couldn't be more than 15 minutes, since it takes 9.5 min to fry the catfish. The catfish was so soft and melted in your mouth, the shrimps were plump and juicy. I was given spicy coleslaw which is interesting and delicious. All that with the seasoned rice, chefs kiss! For dessert, I highly highly highly recommend the keylime pie. As an avid tart lover, this pie hits home. I'd come back just for this pie. Oh and a piece of the catfish is enough for one person, it's a decent size, tho they do offer a meal of 1-3 pieces, so order accordingly :)
