No idea what is going on with this restaurant! I have been eating here when I visit family in the area 2-3 times a year for many years. The last several times I have been there their food quality has fallen off substantially and the prices have increased well past the quality they are serving. I was there Saturday 6/6/26 for dinner and was shocked fine the parking lot almost empty when we arrived, and many empty tables inside...In the past the restaurant and parking lot have been over flowing and there would have been quite a wait time but worth it. This time, again the food was nowhere near what it once was especially for the prices they are charging. I absolutely have no issues paying the price good quality food costs in today's world, but refuse to pay for lousy food quality. Unless I am over ruled, that will probably be my last visit. Three strikes and you are out! It's a shame because that was once our family "go to" restaurant of choice in Franklin County. read more

Visiting from out of town for a funeral. Place was crowded on a Friday so decided to try. Glad we did! Waitress recommended the grilled pork chops. Extremely moist and great flavor! Mac and cheese side good too. Actually returned for lunch next day and tried the Grilled chicken with Lemon pepper season. Moist and delicious as well! Oh, very friendly service. The restaurant was clean and the service was great. I've been several times and the food is fantastic for the most part. The pork chops are an absolute must! They are juicy, tender and delicious. They have a great salad bar but when I ventured off the menu and got the Mac and cheese I was disappointed. It had a decent taste but instead of being thick and creamy it was more soupy and not appealing at all. That's really the only negative thing I've experienced there. Maybe it was just an off day for the cook. Regardless, I definitely plan on going again in the near future. I just won't get the Mac and cheese. Lol read more

Excellent family friendly place with fast, clean and safe service. The salad bar had gloves for customer to all use and a bar attendant. So nice to get a good trip to the salad bar without worrying about cleanliness. Food was excellent! read more

2 star only because the servers were very nice. Otherwise it would be 1 star. I asked for a hamburger steak. The first one was tearing apart and appeared as if it was a processed hamburger patty from Walmart. It was so salty it literally burned my tongue. The servers admitted it looked bad but still served it to me. I asked for it to be remade. They bought out a hamburger steak that looked a little butter BUT it was covered with black crust from the grill. Again, the servers admitted it looked bad. I was so disappointed and so was my husband. He got the chicken tender plate and we would have been better off getting chicken tenders from the gas station. read more

Found this place by accident while visiting from out of state. Parking lot packed on Friday night so we knew it was popular. Very good prices for a steak dinner $11.99 for ribeye and potato, staff was nice too. Salad bar was decent and maintained for an additional $2.99. read more

Small town family owned and operated restaurant. In true small town form the restaurant is closed on Mondays. A group of us went over for lunch today. The parking lot was nearing capacity around 12:00. Adequate seating remained available. It's a reasonably large facility similar to an old Quincy's, Western Sizzler or Shoney's. There is a lunch special menu with roughly 8-10 selections. It appears the dinner menu is available as well. There is a well maintained salad bar with a decent selection. I went with the blackened catfish with steamed vegetables and a single trip to the salad bar. The lunch meal was 6.99 and the salad trio was 2.99. You can also go with AYCE salad bar for 7.99. I don't think any of the lunch specials exceeded 7.99. The other specials included spaghetti, roast tips, pork chop, a steak, hamburger steak and a few other options. The lady in charge of the salad bar was on it. She stocked it adequately and kept it clean. My salad ingredients were fresh and of good quality. The salad bar is not elaborate. Iceberg only. Ham pieces, egg, varied vegetables a couple pre-made salads such as macaroni salad and potato salad. There are roughly a couple dozen items available. My meal was freshly prepared the fish was good, the steamed veg was carrot and broccoli with no seasoning. Additionally, my meal came with coleslaw and hushpuppies. Both of those items were way too sweet for me. In true southern style the catfish is also served with tarter a couple raw onion slices and a pickle spear. Overall a very good value on decent quality basic food. The service was prompt and friendly. The health rating was a 92. I noticed the rating right next to a series of autographed photos of a few country music artists that have made their way through Russellville, including Aaron Tippin as the most recognizable to me. If for whatever reason you find your self in the area this is a solid little lunch option. read more

This place is a welcome site for town. It's been a long time since there has been a decent steakhouse in town. Service is always good, food is always great and the salad bar is awesome. They have a great lunch menu. If you're not in the mood for a steak, try the pork chops - they are excellent. read more

Great food at reasonable prices. Jason, Priscilla and the staff are very friendly and very accommodating. I recommend the pork chop. Tender, thick and juicy boneless chop with the best taste. Also, I would be remiss if I didn't mention Brookelynn. Brookelynn is Jason and Priscilla's daughter. She helps around the restaurant and if you're fortunate she will sometimes sit with you while you are enjoying the great food. She is the cutest! read more

service was bad , waitress acted like she was put out , had to ask for refills , she drop toast off one of the plates on the way to the table and charged us a dollor for the extra toast ,at lease that is what be figured the extra dollar was for, when we all got seated she said what do y'all want to eat ,I said we don't know till we look at a menu it is our frist time here, there were 4 of us and two of us had a salad with our meal , what should have been in the 40's for the meal ran 61.00 dollors it was a shame for no more then what we got ....... we question the 61.00 dollars and the owner my guess, added up the same numbers , not the food and said it is what it is ........we won't be back read more
