The haircut looked decent until I got home and washed my hair. The expert who fished for a tip the second my ass hit the chair left long patches of hair above my ears, along my neckline, and one the size of a quarter on the back of my head. I ended up having to go elsewhere to get my hair fixed. Hands down the worst haircut $15 can buy. However, my most recent visit resulted in a very disappointing and painful issue. I developed a nasty rash and significant irritation on the back of my neck (as shown in the pictures). This reaction strongly suggests that the razors or clippers were unsanitary and not properly cleaned before being used on me. Hygiene is critical in a barber shop. While I want to continue being a customer, this is a serious lapse in sanitation that needs to be addressed immediately. I will be back, but please, please clean your tools thoroughly! I hope to continue supporting this shop once I know proper disinfection protocols are followed.
