I bought from them on a recommendation and that the pool and hot tub would be installed in late April or early May. Amanda promised that it would be and that she would let me know what day and time. When I called to check the date for install in late April, she said that she never told me that and that I was lying. On the day that they were to grade the land for the above ground pool, they didn't show up at the time I was told. My contactor was here waiting for them to make sure that they put it in the correct place. I called her all day, and she wouldn't answer. I finally got ahold of her by using another phone to call with. She was VERY rude and condescending. She told me that they had rented a piece of equipment and that it had not arrived yet, she also said that the store was closed and that's why she didn't answer the phone. When I asked her what time, she thought they would be here, she said that they must have hit traffic coming over the mountain from Marion. According to her, they left at 11am. They finally arrived at 4pm and her husband was one of the men here to grade. I asked him if the store was closed today - NO - I asked him if the equipment was rented - NO - I asked him if he had been trying to get here since 11 am - NO! When I told him what his wife had said and done, he just looked at me with a blank "I don't care" face. He said nothing until I asked him what he had to say about it. He said, "what do you want me to say?" He said that they were short staffed, busy and all that with several curse words thrown in. I told him that that was all Amanda had to say. If she had just told the TRUTH I wouldn't be upset. I get it, everyone is short staffed. Just don't lie to me! I paid for the pool and hot tub in full in March. The least they could do is not to lie to me. Amanda has absolutely no customer service skills and you are always the one in the wrong. Again, go somewhere else if you can. This is my first EVER negative review. I'm so mad, I can barely stand myself. When I purchased the pool, I was told that they would "open" the pool and take care of all the chemicals and salt. It was built into the price of the pool and hot tub. After zero communication and not being able to get ahold of them, I had to go somewhere else and do it myself (bad idea).

My electric bill went up $40 a month, nothing energy savings about it. It ran almost constantly. Also upon installing the tub the electrical was not done properly and a connector pipe was put on with wrong screws and it leaked. I returned the tub and lost almost $2000 in the process. Happy to be done with the lies and poor workmanship. BTW, it was the owner who was not honest with me. Avoid.

It leaked and had only one pump. The tub we had ordered had two pumps. The manufacturer put the wrong model number on the tub. They didn't want to take responsibility. After weeks of waiting, we decided we didn't want their brand. Ray worked with us and we ordered a different tub. It was going to take several more weeks for the company they use to install the tub. Ray said that he would bring the tub and install it for us. He came 2 days later in the cold. I really appreciate the way he took care of us. A short time later, I was contacted by the service manager who told me that the liner manufacturer had agreed to replace our liner, free of charge.
