The Pool and Spa Connection went above and beyond our expectations! Our liner, that was only 4 years old, started fading. The fading had become severe. I mentioned the problem to them, although I knew the warranty had run out. A short time later, I was contacted by the service manager who told me that the liner manufacturer had agreed to replace our liner, free of charge. Without us even asking them to, the Pool and Spa Connection reported our problem to the liner manufacturer and worked with them to resolve the issue. Because of the Pool and Spa Connection, we now have a brand new liner and didn't have to pay a penny!!! I would definitely recommend them to any current or future pool and spa owners! read more

They also did not install rings that fit at the base next to the concrete (which I thought was included. wrong) I went to the store and showed pictures of the rusted rails to Evan. He said he would order new ones and replace them. He then handed me the rings to install myself. I waited another 2-3 weeks to hear from Fox. Nothing. I called and told the receptionist about this. She said she would ask about it and call me back. Again, nothing. A few days later, I look out my back window and Neal is cleaning the rust from the rails. I go down to look at them, and he tells me that these were rails they had in the "back". New rails would be more money. I could not understand why I was not given the choice of cheaper rails from the back or new ones. When I placed the order I assumed I was going to receive a new product. Wrong again. I went to the store to talk to Evan and he was extremely rude, and kept interrupting me. He said he showed me the rails and said I agreed to buying them. I was NEVER shown the rusted rails. Evan also said he GAVE me the rings without charge, which was not communicated to me. All of this in front of his receptionist. I told him I was going to pay the balance of the rails and ladder if he thought he was bringing fair. He said he definitely was being fair and rudely walked away. I would discourage anyone from using this company.

We told them we needed a…read moredetailed inspection and what it was for, and they did the most generalized inspection did not even bother to fill the liner and see where it had bubbles and where the water was getting back behind the liner. Do not use this company for inspections. We had two other companies come out here and give an inspection and they showed things that were definitely wrong with the pool, but this company had no clue what was going on with it. Their inspection said that all looked good. With an inspection like that, I would be afraid to have them install a pool. It would make me scared that their work would reflect that as well I would be very weary.
