Kevin is extremely unprofessional and totally unreliable as it pertains to maintaining your pool. We had an assigned day for services and he often didn't show up, came a day or two later or not at all. He would spend a maximum of 10 minutes cleaning and checking chemical levels (and sometimes skip the latter). We have security video and cameras surrounding our house, so it detects when people come and go. He was often rude in his text responses and had no customer services qualities at all. I am very diligent about upkeep of my pool in between weekly mainten ance checks, but a month ago, I had to beg him to come back and take care of algae because he didn't add chemicals and last week, this is what i came home to...didn't clean filter or robot vacuum, so our pump was severely being strained.
