We hired them to uninstall old flooring and install carpet in two bedrooms, and having access to the Shaw Pet Perfect line mattered a lot to us since we have a dog. Layers of tile on top of linoleum on top of tile had been installed in the kitchen. Marvin Ashburn refinished my original hardwood kitchen floors to their former GLORY!! Marvin is a true artist, he loves wood and works magic with a sander. He's reliable, a rare character trait in a tradesmen but he actually arrives when he is scheduled and finishes when scheduled. He's extremely knowledgeable, which is most helpful when deciding timing of refinishing given variations in temperature and humidity in our area. He's also fair and worth every penny you'll spend.
