    Absolutely horrible. I'd give zero if it would let me. The first review I have ever given a company but need to make sure others don't go through what we have with our install that after months it is STILL not even close to complete. SO many issues from crooked coping, not properly being leveled, employees showing up with girlfriends waiting in the car, employees watching YouTube videos to know how to turn the pump on, my husband had to tell the employee that it wasn't plugged in so that was why it wouldn't turn on. Our backyard of our new build is destroyed, we have a 15 foot dirt mound sitting for 2 months now (HOA issues due to this). The company "forgot" to put the gorilla pad in that we paid a thousand dollars for- and didn't acknowledge it until we got in and could feel the seams from the cheap Home Depot foam installation they tried to pass off as padding. It literally moved and cracked under your feet when walking in the pool. We drained the pool For it to be fixed waited 2-3 weeks for a new liner then waited another 2-3 weeks (constant calling to be added to the schedule) they waited for a day of rain to come quickly install another liner and water got under the liner and ruined it. Now we have called to find out when someone can come pump the water or fix it and nothing. If we call the store (they have caller ID) and they act busy and it rings and rings. If you ask for the store owners contact info they say he's never there. (Even after an employee, let it slip that he's been there daily, due to all the mess up's lately). The manager Ryan has absolutely no clue what is going on and never (literally not once in 2 months of calling) returns calls. Aaron seemed extremely helpful/ knowledgeable at first but again after install begins, it seems out of his hands- and he's now unresponsive as well. No one wants to finish the pool we paid CASH for! I'm not sure the process for scheduling (or who even handles it- it's been 3 different people in the 2 months of us dealing with this) but new jobs keep getting started and they always schedule us over a week out. They schedule us every single day it shows rain on the radar and they can't do anything with the wet ground when that day comes. If I can save 1 family the headache and stress of going through this, this post is worth it. This is the most unorganized and unprofessional company I have ever worked with.     I really wish I could give zero stars! They finally showed up to install the pool and to say the work is horrible is a understatement! I cant even believe I paid these people 15k for this crap! Video wont post but its crazy!

    UPDATE: The manager's response to my original rating is misleading. He commented that they…read moreresponded quickly, but again, this was only after we threatened with a lawsuit. Yes, we have power lines and a slope, but the salesman knew this when he assured us they had suitable delivery options. For 5 months, they blamed us, told us there was nothing they could do, and said it was completely on us - counter to what the salesman told us during the purchase. ORIGINAL POST: Epic Hot Tubs was an Epic Fail. Check the comments on their company on the Better Business Bureau website. It cost us 5 months, hundreds in legal fees, and tons of stress and coordination. They didn't deliver until we threatened a lawsuit. It was only supposed to take a few weeks, but it ook months. Jack Pyles was great until we paid our deposit. He went from telling us that installation would be "no problem" and they would "help coordinate" installation even with our sloped yard... to telling us it was our fault and on us that there were no viable ways to install the swimspa after spending tens of thousands of dollars. He never proactively communicated what was going on - only unhelpful and rude answers when we asked questions. He never even told us that the swimspa got delayed several weeks from the manufacturer to their warehouse. He told his boss that he had given us options but every option he gave us was untenable. For example, he told us to call forklift companies but none of them had operators and we couldn't find anyone that could help. It wasn't until we involved our lawyer and threatened a suit that they finally gave us a way to deliver the swimspa. The entire experience was stressful and unprofessional. Jack was especially rude.

They thought it was the pump, but wasn,t. Now they're going to charge me another $250 to come back with another part to fix. This will keep happening if the problem still can't be fix. It's a scam.
