I began to try to schedule lessons in June 2021. When we got lessons lined up for July, she canceled due to her getting COVID. After months of uncertainty of when rescheduling would be possible (due to her health) we sadly decided to cancel lessons and try again in 2022. I set up lessons in February/March 2022 for July 2022. Everything was set. I received an email confirmation and text with lesson details (which were very demanding) about a month ahead of lessons, and then a few days ahead. Today, on the first date of our scheduled lessons I received a phone call from Glendy saying she did not have me on her schedule for my time slot and if I can take a slot 2 hours later. As we live in Houston and Glendy is 45 minutes away, I told her I would have to speak to my husband about the change as we both work. I spoke to my husband, and we rearranged both of our work schedules for the entire week. Glendy then calls me back and says we do have a slot that she was just looking at the wrong schedule. I informed her that we just moved our entire weeks around and she apologized for the first time at this time. She then said she would try to move some things around. I got a text saying she will "make it work". I got another call and she said for us to come anyway and she'll "figure it out". What does that mean? I told her I didn't want my daughter to have to share a session with anyone and she raised her voice with me, told me she wouldn't do that, and hung up on me. I sent Glendy a text saying I didn't appreciate her hanging up on me especially after we have been accommodating on all the changes. I got another call from her saying she figured out a solution by asking another family to move their session and we would get a session today later in the evening close to the rescheduled time which I accepted. Now out of the blue, this afternoon she called me to cancel our lessons indefinitely and that we can find someone else to give our daughter lessons. This woman is unprofessional and unorganized. I do not recommend her services.

They sub out everything, therefore the quality is only as good as their sub-contractors. 2 weeks after they poured my deck, cracks started to appear. Not superficial. I told them about it. Their concrete guy ground down one area that had already rose up 1 inch. They painted over the cracks and I never heard from them again. 6 months later, the cracks are all the way through and multiplying as the ground has settled. One part of the deck has risen 1 1/2 inches. In their process, they collect their last check after the pool is covered in pebbletec, so that there is nothing you can do to hold off their last payment. The decking is still not complete during this time. Me/You as a homeowner hire a company to do a professional job and take the necessary steps to provide you with a good product. That is not this company. I have a $90k cracked deck that shows shady work. They are now telling me this is not under warranty. You don't want that. Find someone else.
