LFG is very different. If you're there to look cute then my opinion this won't be the place for you. If you want to get in shape, have waterfalls of sweat, improve strength, stamina, and overall fitness then you've come to the right place. No where on this planet will you find a gym offering 21 days for $21. If you do find it, when you start, you may be welcomed on the first day but nothing like the personal attention I have received from LFG, there is no comparison. I work nights, get off at 8:30am after a 12 hour shift and love every minute of rushing to get to my 9am class! Everyone likes to feel appreciate. At LFG although am getting my butt kicked daily, I feel appreciated by my trainers just for showing up. Although training is conducted in a group fashion you will receive the personal attention from your trainers to ensure you have the correct form always! Although all the trainers are great, I have to say Victor Mendoza is an excellent trainer. His energy, his attitude, and he spread himself through out class like an octopus to ensure everyone in his class receives the personal attention and he make time to correct form. I have attended 15 days of my 21/$21 plan and it's the best purchase I have ever made! No pressure, no unwanted feeling of not belonging, and, no judgement. The energy is welcoming and a good workout is filled with congratulatory remarks by others from the class that you don't even have to know. You will leave with a sense of "we are in this together" daily. Go try them out!

Loving this Gym so far .... Even with classes and other people training early in the morning like 5am or 6am it's enough space for everyone to be in there area and no over crowding. The machines are up to date and I literally have no complaints. There's even a fridge with meals if you want to cognitive of your eating while maintaining your fitness journey.

The employee at the counter was very dry. Not rude, just dry. She directed me to the menu and I immediately was overwhelmed. There was A LOT to choose from. I opted for the kale smoothie, which is one of my favorites. To my dismay, it took her almost 15 minutes to make. At one point she had to call someone to locate an ingredient she couldn't find. As I sat patiently waiting she finally finished and rung me up. Pretty much the worst kale smoothie I have ever tasted. It was so thick, I had trouble sucking it up through the straw. I will however go back and try another menu item as I want to give this place another shot. My colleagues at work have had better experiences when the owner is working. I always try to support local businesses. I am hoping next time I visit, they are faster, my smoothie tastes better and the customer service is more friendly!

He knows what he is doing, pays attention, and genuinely wants the best for his clients. THE CORE gym is clean and has plenty of parking. When the previous gym shut abruptly, Brice had us up and running in the current gym basically overnight. Amazing. He prices his services to motivate you to go 3x a week. That may sound like a lot but it creates a routine. And that's GOOD. He pushes you in a "you can do this" way but is realistic if the weight is just too much. Brice balances the sessions so that your whole body gets a workout over the week. And he is big on stretching. He works hard to plan productive sessions where your time is valued. Not much on chitchat and no "lollygagging". Heather covers on certain days of the week; she is knowledgeable as well with a dry sense of humor. I highly recommend giving them a try. Your first workout is complimentary, I think, so really what do you have to lose? Just do it. It's time.

I did try the free class at this location... however, OTF recommends you sign up at a home location where you spend the most time.. whether it was close to work or home. I'm in this area quite often... This is a very busy location. Personally, I think you can call your home gym where you feel the most comfortable or welcomed. They did a great job! I definitely have it as one of my favorite spots to drop in!

My wife and I, along with many others, are having a lot of issues when it comes to canceling our subscription. We canceled months ago, and orange theory continues to try and charge us. We have called and filled out paperwork multiple times. Whether its incompetence or unfriendly business practices, orange theory has some issues it needs to iron out. They have lost paperwork, refused to reverse charges, and have been unhelpful. Again, the workouts were awesome. It really sucks that orange theory has such a poor customer service experience on the back end. Stay away...
