They told DMV my policy was cancelled (it never was) and caused my license to be suspended. Having with them as an agent for YEARS meant absolutely nothing. I was told basically "tough luck." Do better. If you say you did something you should have documentation of such. Being dismissive of clients and their plight surely won't get you any customers. I'll also make sure the clients I referr md to you know how you treat a paying established loyal customer. 2 weeks later: after cancelling my insurance policies with this company I'm still being auto-drafted. I stood in their office signing paper after paper. I specifically asked of this was all I needed to do to cancel my policies with them. I still have the stack of documents. But I'm still being charged. I don't write negative reviews very often, if ever. They really suck. Take your money elsewhere.

The result was several email exchanges over this simple request. The attempt to be proactive was not well received. Similar issues occurred in the fall. Our rates went up 20% in a single year without any clarifying conversation or communication. We had one minor claim more than 25 years ago. An email exchange informed us the cost of construction, specifically materials and labor was the culprit. When we chose to terminate the coverage with the Andrew Agency, there was no call to say what to expect or how the termination process works. Gmail sorts messages in sometimes weird ways. The first message went to a spam folder. Ryan's primary method of communication was by email. Our preference is to communicate by phone. Ryan's last email message was very rude. After 30 years under the same umbrella, we expected better. Our business was not valued by Ryan; perhaps because he acquired our business.

They do not honor their original, approved estimates for the repair shop or the customer. They continuously change estimates throughout the repair process in order to save the company money. So imaging getting an approved estimate for all original equipment parts: headlamps, bumpers, brackets etc. and after the parts has been ordered and installed, the estimate is changed to a used or aftermarket parts that now show to be available after the fact, and it is always a 50/50 that they chose the correct part. When I called I was told that "they" were trying to contact "Mr. Name" for a life insurance quote. I explained that I was not "Mr. Name", called anyone 11 times within 24 hours was ridiculous and that I wanted my number removed from their call list. The person then explained that I SHOULD HAVE ANSWERED THE PHONE TO TELL THEM THAT I WAS NOT "Mr. Name". I explained that it is ridiculous for a company to call anyone 11 times in one day and that I work ALLLLLLL day! I do not have time to answer random unsolicited calls! She became rude and told me that "all I had to do was answer the phone"! And she hung up! No apology! No confirmation that my name was removed! Nothing! She hung up! I certainly hope that it is not the policy of Mass Mutual to harass and disrespect potential clients. I called back and spoke with someone who promised to remove my name! I will share this story with everyone that I know and report my experience to the state of Michigan and FCC. It is illegal to harass and phish for potential clients!
