They do not honor their original, approved estimates for the repair shop or the customer. They continuously change estimates throughout the repair process in order to save the company money. So imaging getting an approved estimate for all original equipment parts: headlamps, bumpers, brackets etc. and after the parts has been ordered and installed, the estimate is changed to a used or aftermarket parts that now show to be available after the fact, and it is always a 50/50 that they chose the correct part.
