I called the Tri-State. The representative said they needed a picture of the heating tab on the engine to determine if my warranty was valid. I sent them a picture and the representative said he could see the tab and everything was good. Then the sales manager got involved and he just so happened to be the owner and he was stating the pictures were blurry. We sent him more pictures and he was still saying they were blurry. Me and over 10 other people didn't have trouble seeing the tab on the picture but, the owner was the only one. He was incredibly unprofessional and continued to state it was ignorant on my part to not be organized about the situation. I highly recommend not using this business. They'll tell you they back their products but, in reality and when it comes to them backing up what they say, they don't.
