Update: So it is true that you can get massages here with your insurance BUT my insurance requires my primary doctor to fill out paperwork stating that I need it; I WAS NOTable to get a doctor to do that for me. Secondly, I went in for a massage today. The middle massage room was so suuuuper loud. I was in the last room with Rachelle. While I'm trying to relax and enjoy my massage, the therapist next door ( I think it may have been the middle room). I could hear them laughing and cracking up like they were on a date at the comedy club. Um hello, I'm here trying to relax, not trying to hear people flirt with their clients and having a full conversation for the whole hour. Totally inappropriate. I almost wanted to get up naked and knock on their damn fort to tell them to shut it. Where is the manager or owner of this place? And why are they allowing this to happen.? PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!! I found this place on Groupon and decided to go. They made the appointment for 6 even though they close at 6. Which I thought was odd. When I got there the whole place was very odd. Not very clean, old and shabby. The room they put me in was terrible, there was a camera with tape over it and literally an exit door to the street covered with sheet. The woman that did my massage made me feel EXTREMELY uncomfortable. She was very unprofessional in the way they she touched me to point that I had to cut the massage short and basically stormed out of there. This lady was groping me and caressing me, and when I looked up the say something her eyes were closed and she was making very strange sounds. I immediately asked her to leave. Got dressed and ran. When I went to leave the receptionist was gone, the lights were out and the front door was locked. I was scared for my life. She eventually let me out. I felt violated. Please DO NOT GO HERE. I bought a Groupon for two massages figuring I would give this spot a shot - I am a former Massage Heights member. The two massages I got were awesome- the staff is friendly and the experiences were A1 both times. After the second massage, I saw a note about insurance being accepted and I figured I'd ask them to verify - WHHOOHHOO!!! $40 copay here I come! I'll be a regular here since I have a reimbursement account through my employer. After breaking my ankle last year, this will really help me with flare up pain and keep me able to move. This is MY place for deep tissue massage. The chiropractor knows how to bill insurance for therapeutic massages if you have a billable diagnosis. I have sciatica and, with BCBS, I only pay $19 copay (and tip $20)! I go weekly. Faria is super strong, works on knots and stretching, and could cause pain to the wimpy. If you want to pay $150 for a gentle Swedish massage at a pretty spa, go for it. This is a therapeutic massage place. No champagne and candles here. read more

I hate to give this place a relatively negative review, but this goes DIRECTLY to the so-called chiropractor and NOT to the massage therapist. While the "doctor" was very nice, she did absolutely NOTHING for my lower back issue other than to delegate me to the massage therapist. No adjustment or anything! I've been to other chiropractors and they have ALL done initial assessments (looking at posture, spine curvature, etc.) and also adjustments with the table. Dr. Hong Nguyen is basically ripping off insurance companies by NOT seeing clients and just sending them to get massages; good for me (I pay only the co-pay) but not good for insurance companies. Really really liked my initial massage here. However, they said that I could buy another groupon package they had outstanding. However, once I did so, they wouldn't redeem it anymore saying that I can only buy one groupon a year. Turns out that by "groupon" they are actually referring to a special deal they have in office that they just called "groupon". Why would you do that? Got gifted an hour massage for Father's Day I finally decided to use. Had multiple knee surgeries and finally could get a good leg workout in and hamstrings were pretty sore. The pressure was pretty decent. Facility is ok. Only issue was I came early for a 1pm appointment but they were running late so didn't get me till 1:09pm. However I stress of giving my full hour she finished in 50 mins to get back on schedule I suppose. Wasn't a fan of that at all. An hour should be an hour across for all clients. read more

Omg I'm still in shocked, came in mainly to see the Chropractor for a adjustment for neck and back pain. Was on time. They started the massage first before even meeting the dr. Thought that was weird but cool ok. Came from the massage and the receptionist told me the dr had to step out to pick up her kids. So I have to come back a different day for the adjustment. Mind you I came in a 4 during traffic! Wtf! Like before the massage yall couldnt tell me?? This how you treat a first time client? Prior to making the groupon purchase I called to check and the lday on the phone gave me the incorrect information. Now I have to go through the process of refund through groupon. I would give them 0 stars if I could! The Dr. NGUYEN and staff are all unprofessional! I have been there last yr and sometimes your insurance numbers change. Long story short, contacted them to set up some neck/back therapy. They never called me back. I called back 2 days later. Still never verified. I call same day an hour later, and they so happened was on the phone with my insurance. Yeah right. Asked to speak to the supervisor which I guess is Nguyei. Had an appointment booked three weeks out with a specific therapist. When I arrived, I found out the therapist was not there. I asked why I was not called and informed of the change given I made the appointment with that specific person. The person at the front desk proceeded to lie to me, saying the therapist had just called to let her them know she could not make the appointment. When I asked to reschedule, she asked me who I wanted to see. I advised her that she told me she had just talked to the therapist so why is she asking me for her name. She stumbled over her words trying to find a response so I let her know to just cancel the appointment all together. read more

Purchased a Groupon for two 60 minute massages. The first massage, the masseuse only provided services for 45 minutes. I complained and was told for my second massage, I would get a 75 minute massage to make up for my first experience. This did not happen. For a minute I thought this time spending $90 dollars that this place could be legit. Always busy, took me a week just to get in so everything seemed legit. Boy was I wrong!! Was so looking forward to this message after being to so many crappy locations I thought this time would be different. I arrive, filled out paperwork and circled every problem area I needed the most attention at (neck, should blades and lower back - 3 spots) Spoke with the doc and told her my issues. She talked up the massage that made them seem legit. Went back into the room and started the massage. 10-20 minutes into the massage I ask, "you can go deeper, I requested 3 spots for deep tissue". Oh ok sir I'm getting there but this is how I work my clients. 30 minutes later I ask again. You can go deeper. Got the same reply. The worst massage ever! My 7 year old could have done better by walking on my back. I was livid leaving this location. LIVID! After 3 times of telling you what I wanted how can you do the complete opposite!?? I got up with fever and flu symptoms and called them to re-schedule. "Manager" was unsympathetic and told me that I could not re-schedule, and I ended up losing $42. This is a husband and wife team of chiropractors, with a couple of assistants and a couple of massage therapists. Everyone there is very friendly with ONE HUGE EXCEPTION: The male chiropractor. I was seen by him a total of 6 times, and have numerous issues with him. He's extremely unorganized... Never passes on messages to his staff, doesn't follow through with ordering tests outside of his office, doesn't take good notes and is constantly scrambling, and seeming extremely anxious. The worst issue I had with him however, was his temper. He yelled at me on numerous occasions and tried to blame me for the lack of information he maintained. The problem was though that he would see me one day, and then his wife would see me on oanother day, yet they would never keep proper notes so no progression ever took place. It was a joke. His wife even apologized to me after I told them I would no longer allow him to treat me, and said that he's always very hot-tempered, and that at least I'm not married lot him like she is. She also stated that he has yelled and screamed at other patients before, and that she would be happy to treat me from then on. I only had two more visits scheduled with them (this was treatment for a car accident) and I asked them to send my ENTIRE file to my attorney's office, and as of today, nearly 4 months later, the file still hasn't been sent over. I have stopped by the office and made this request, and I have called numerous times. Still no cooperation. Tomorrow I will be stopping by to photocopy the file myself, and delivering it personally. If I could do anything about it, I would make sure they didn't paid a dime. But I can't so the only other thing I can do is to warn you to beware. read more
