I was searching for a skilled massage therapist to help me with some running pain that I had been experiencing for many months but I was running through it. I had tried a couple Thai massage places and did not find them effective. I was looking for someone who knows muscle anatomy and can determine which muscle is involved. She was able to determine where the problem was, which muscles were involved, and then specific techniques to help activate the locked up muscles including using the central nervous system to help stimulate affected areas. She gave me new stretches and techniques for realigning my foot strike so that I would start to gain back the balance. I started going to Bellaire Massage Therapy since May 2017 for persistent lower back pain that I just could not get rid of. I walked out of there after the first visit feeling like my body was alive again.
