I usually order my girl a matcha from here or sometimes she ends up with coffee. This time she had a free birthday drink to use so we ended up here. I like that they close later than other boba places in the area. Cashier was more than happy to help when I asked for his advice on sweetness level and whether which drinks would still be good if refrigerated at home for the next day. Taro ice blended with pudding - super sweet but good ice consistency - I got 80% sweet but will get 50% sweet or less next time. Honey lemonade - pretty sour and tastes just like a lemonade. Also for the Hokkaido milk tea, not bad, and the mango passion fruit tea we got 50% sweet but next time if we get it again, we'll try 30%. Even though we got 4 drinks, we do still plan to try other drinks off the menu until we find a favorite. With staff members providing great service and with the closer location, we look forward to becoming regulars here.

I don't like artificial tastes or anything overly sweet, or too milky. You can tell how much care goes into each drink, which is so appreciated. I got an assortment of all of the pastries they were offering that day and also purchased a loaf of their sourdough. The star was definitely the cinnamon roll that came with a side of delicious cream cheese frosting. The various croissants were also good but not remarkable. I was very confused about the sourdough when I got home. I do bake sourdough at home myself so I am very familiar with the process and taste profile. My husband and I both thought this bread tasted like regular yeast bread as it didn't have the tang nor the consistency of sourdough. I would not have opted to pay $10 for a loaf of regular country bread. All in all, the bakery is solid but i did not understand the hype reviews. If I had to choose one item here, I'd go for the cinnamon roll.
