De loaded Cutty Fries in The Cut
    Denise A.

This food truck is everything they say and more. We had the burritos an the loaded fries an of course the tiramisu and the cheesecake. Both the cheesecake and the tiramisu definitely live up to the hype. The cheesecake had a pumpkin flavor to it, and I could eat it all day. The tiramisu is one of my favorite desserts and I'm very picky and I can say it was amazing. I can honestly say it's some of the best food that I have had. The service was amazing. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. The prices are a little expensive but it's definitely worth it. If you haven't been there, you have to definitely go try it. It's probably one of the best food trucks I've eaten at. Again, you definitely have to go and try it out

Wish I could give five stars, but I'll have to stick to four tonight. Food was excellent as usual but there were a few details lacking... First and foremost, my cheesesteak dog was not cut in half for me to easily enjoy, and it got messy. Not a big deal but they usually cut it up to easily consume. Second and foremost, SAUCES WERE FORGOTTEN. I was so sad to open my takeout at home noticing that there was neither of their delicious sauces to enjoy with my fries. But other than that, the taste was incredible.

Alright after the rooftop dinners the cocktails the roller coasters and the "I probably shouldn't have done that but I'm glad I did" moments let's bring it back down to earth. Because not every meal in Vegas needs linen napkins and a reservation three days in advance. Enter 303 In The Cut. Yeah. A food truck. And not just a food truck the kind you stumble on when hunger hits hard and your wallet starts whispering "let's be reasonable for once." This is for the late-night crowd the budget warriors the "I just need something greasy and life-changing" crowd. My kind of people. Now Vegas has no shortage of flashy eats but the food truck scene here has been quietly leveling up. Spots like this lean into bold flavors quick service and that street-side magic where everything tastes better because you earned it. And 303 In The Cut doesn't try to be fancy it just shows up and throws punches. We're talking loaded plates big portions the kind of food that doesn't apologize for being messy. And let's be honest sometimes the best meals aren't planned. You're walking you're wandering maybe a little buzzed maybe a lot hungry and boom there it is. No dress code no waiting just step up order and suddenly you're holding something that fixes your whole mood. That's the beauty of Vegas. Yeah I'll take you to the high-end spots all day long I go big or go home. But even I know you gotta break it up. You gotta keep it real. Because somewhere between the five-star dinners and the neon chaos is where the real memories sneak in. So here's the deal. If you've been riding along with me through these reviews first off thank you. Seriously. You made it to the end of the ride. Now do yourself a favor. Skip one fancy meal. Just one. Find 303 In The Cut. Order something you probably shouldn't. Eat it standing up like a champion. And don't just do it. Do it do it.

Came here on a whim and I'm so glad I did. I've had Junior's cheesecake in NYC--which I've always considered top-tier (I've even ordered it online)--but this experience, from a food truck, completely changed my expectations. Hands down, this was the best slice of cheesecake I've ever had!! Who would've thought a food truck would reign supreme when it comes to cheesecake? It was everything you want in a proper slice--dense, moist, perfectly sweet, and packed with rich, velvety flavor. I'll admit, when I heard the $17 price, I hesitated for a second... but after the first bite, I was fully sold. Worth every penny. This place is an absolute must-try. I'm excited to try more of the menu, but the cheesecake alone is reason enough to come back. Go and get a slice. Thank me later!!

Delicious. We tried the Philly cheesesteak, the crackin' chicken fries and a prickly pear cutty juice and we were satisfied with everything. If you don't like spicy foods, the crackin chicken is not for you, but it is very delicious! Just be sure to have something to drink! Be prepared to wait in potentially long lines (15 minutes but have seen the line get longer), they have chairs to sit while waiting but do not have tables to eat at (this truck is parked in the gentleman's club parking lot, so we ate in the back of our cars behind the club), and take note of the prices. Fries are $18 but are large enough to share and still have leftover, especially if you order something else on the menu like we did.

303 In The Cut -Food Truck It started off as a father-son duo, working with a small food cart, and two decades later they've become the most popular late night eatery. 303 In The Cut serves colorado style green chile burrito, crackin chicken fries, dirty dog Phillycheese steak, and more. They also sell massive tiramisu for dessert. I recommend their Dirty Dog Philly cheese steak. Its an all beef hot dog topped with the Philly cheese steak on a toasted garlic butter bun. Staff members are welcoming and their food truck looks well kept and clean. Menu: Dirt Dog (does not come with fries) Chile Burrito (does not come with fries) Curry fries Tiramisu

After seeing so many influencers hype this food truck, I made it a personal mission to visit. It's set up in the parking lot of a gentleman's club, so I wasn't sure if the parking lot was full because of that or for the food. The truck is parked out front, and it's hard to miss the people lining up to order and waiting for their food. At 11:15 pm on a Saturday, we waited about 10 minutes in line and then another 10 minutes for our food, which wasn't too bad. They even have a couple of chairs set up if you want to sit while you wait. We got the green chile burrito and the cheesecake sandwich, and both blew me away! The burrito was light, clean, and perfectly seasoned. The smoked chicken was tender, the green chile was mild but flavorful, and the orange sauce added a subtle kick. I wasn't even hungry when I started. But it was so good, I ended up eating the entire thing! Also, the house-made cheesecake might be the best I've ever had. It was light, fluffy, not overly sour, and didn't leave a lingering aftertaste. It reminded me of a fluffy Japanese cheesecake but with more of a subtle classic New York cheesecake flavor. The crust was thin but dense with a graham cracker flavor I've never tasted on a cheesecake before. The berry topping was a nice touch, but honestly, it didn't even need it. Who would have thought I'd be dreaming about a meal from a food truck in front of a gentleman's club? It's so good I'd follow it anywhere for another taste. If you get a chance, it's a must-try. I know next time I'm going to try the crackin' fried chicken fries and the tiramisu.

Expensive for 1 burrito 1 philly cheesesteak 1 tiramisu plus tip 60 dollars, service at the window with someone to type the order for you in the iPad is nice and fast but for Sunday night was like fast very fast no wait time.

In a world that seems like prices are going up and quantity/quality is going down, this is THE ONLY place I've been to in recent years that actually gives you what you pay for and some in both quality and quantity. I had heard so much about this place and decided on trying it for my birthday dinner and it did not disappoint. The Philly cheese steak was our favorite bite. I feel every Philly I've had in vegas stinks and this one is finally the one that gets it right. The chicken fries were also bomb and you can't miss on either the cheesecake or tiramisu. The cheese sauce that comes with the dishes is sooo good you're going to want to make sure you ask for more. If you're after those late night indulgent classics this is the place to go in vegas. Don't settle for some low quality cheap food spot you're going to regret eating right after. Satisfy those same cravings without sacrificing the quality and quantity here. I will definitely be back.

If you're a tourist who takes an Uber to this place all Im saying is check your order before you catch your Uber back to your hotel! And if you fail to check your order til you get back to your hotel, don't count on any warm fuzzy or at the very least helpful customer service! First they told me I got what I ordered - then they said they didn't charge me for what I ordered. In the end they credited me $4.50 But I guess they still felt entitled to the 20% tip.

Was sent here by a friend that saw their Instagram. Was heading there and was confused when i ended up in a gentleman club parking lot, because i didnt know it was a food truck. Staff was nice they weren't very busy. There is no seating to eat. But i was sent to try the tiramisu. Piece was very good sized and was about $15. Was good but not great, it tasted better next day after sitting in fridge. Was cool to try but wont go back.

3.5.26 I've had this placed booked marked for over a year now and saw they had a closer location in Chinatown. I was finally able to cross this off my list of places to try in Vegas. Parking is a bit tight. The menu only has a few items, but all sounded great. I came for the cheesecake. I also tried the green chile burrito smothered and the cutty philly fries. All tasted good especially at 11pm. Stick your ribs type of food. I'll be back in Vegas again in May and will come here to satisfy any drunchies.

Like many, I found this place through Keith Lee. I knew I had to go when I was in Vegas. It's definitely out of the way compared to where we were staying, but it's worth it in my opinion. The staff was nice and helpful. We got the cheesecake sandwich and it was delicious! Definitely met the hype. As a big cheesecake fan I was really looking forward to this and it delivered. It's pretty dense and heavy though so keep that in mind. Would definitely recommend to others if you're in town

It only took a few minutes for it to be ready. There is a little water station available near their counter. Despite having a lot of sweet options, we came here for the savory options. The spicy tuna salad avocado and avocado egg salad croffles were our orders. The tuna one was honestly not that spicy but definitely hits the savory craving. The egg one leans on the sweeter side. Both of these were really good and were a good balance of flavor profiles together. Highly recommend both! Sweet Mong is easily a store I'd come back to try other dishes.

Strawberry Mille-Feuille: They make this fresh, so I had to wait about 5-10 minutes, but it was absolutely worth it. Every bite was a surprise. My 9-year-old found beans in one bite and then a big strawberry hidden in the middle. It was fun watching them discover it. Parking is easy and straightforward, and the café itself is absolutely adorable. If you have time, sit down and enjoy the experience.
