We went ahead and ordered some dole whip and then, slowly watched like 5+ groups that were behind us get their ice cream before us. We brought this to our attention. At first they said "sorry we only have one guy doing it. This made no sense as the people behind us got dole whip. Then a few seconds later they admitted no one was doing it. A few mins later and and a few more successful pickups later the manager came out to ask what was going on. I explained yet again (mind you the firework show was well underway). He promptly went to the back and made our dole whip. He then explained there was a mixup with orders and who knows what. While he was friendly and fixed the problems lots of time passed so this was frustrating. The dole whip of course was great though
