The store is sometimes clean and at other times a mess. Today it was a mess. We did not order food this time around as we were on the way to a birthday party. The staff is never welcoming or friendly. They never have a smile on their faces or seem like they want to be there. My first order was ready which was a venti frapp. My second order a venti pink drink with light ice and non dairy chocolate cold foam. I watched as my cup was on the counter and the barista was making drinks that were popping out of the machine first. I watched her make 4 drinks before I asked her nicely if my drink would be made soon and she gave me an attitude and said "mhm soon". After she handed off the drink she made to the drive thru she made a comment to the employee working the window who then looked at me and then proceeded to say something over the head set at which then the other employees all turned and looked at me. At that point I felt embarrassed and upset. I usually try to see the good in places and dont like leaving negative reviews. I always and give places a few chances. But this is like my 10th time I have had a bad experience here and after today I told my fiancé going foward I would rather go in the Smith's and place an order. The staff there has always been super friendly and helpful. Even if they only have 1 person working behind the counter. And the icing on the cake. They will justify other orders being placed ahead of yours , after you watch customers place their order at the counter five minutes after you placed yours. They are busy with drive through , i understand but people inside want their orders also . It took me 17 min to get my drink only after getting the manager to intervene otherwise it wouldve been longer . Yet they had 6 people behind the counter that I could see. This is not my usual starbucks, but I wanted to try this one because its near where I frequently visit. I think I will stick to my usual Starbucks and skip this location.
