So be aware about the honey sweeter verses the ACTUAL HONEY that you may ask for. I felt like the honey pink canceled my lemonade flavor in it. It had me questioning did my tea even have lemonade in it. I also paid additional for 3 tea bags verses the two. So when she replace the drink she only place two bag in it which was fine, but I requested ahead of time to hand me my third tea bag in hand. Which I had to ask again at deliverance. This Starbucks tends to stay very busy, but even when the drive thru is packed, it seems to go by quickly and I am always greeted with a smile and some small chat up at the pickup window. not sure if inside is the same, but the drive-thru definitely is quick and efficient. My order has never been wrong and they seem to never run out of raspberry syrup which is very important to me. LOL

The store is sometimes clean and at other times a mess. Today it was a mess. We did not order food this time around as we were on the way to a birthday party. The staff is never welcoming or friendly. They never have a smile on their faces or seem like they want to be there. My first order was ready which was a venti frapp. My second order a venti pink drink with light ice and non dairy chocolate cold foam. I watched as my cup was on the counter and the barista was making drinks that were popping out of the machine first. I watched her make 4 drinks before I asked her nicely if my drink would be made soon and she gave me an attitude and said "mhm soon". After she handed off the drink she made to the drive thru she made a comment to the employee working the window who then looked at me and then proceeded to say something over the head set at which then the other employees all turned and looked at me. At that point I felt embarrassed and upset. I usually try to see the good in places and dont like leaving negative reviews. I always and give places a few chances. But this is like my 10th time I have had a bad experience here and after today I told my fiancé going foward I would rather go in the Smith's and place an order. The staff there has always been super friendly and helpful. Even if they only have 1 person working behind the counter. And the icing on the cake. It's our go to pre-and post workout spot. Their drive-through is always nonstop and I will say that they're a little bit more prompt with the drive-through orders then when you actually go inside to sit and have coffee with friends. I think that's probably pretty standard these days because of online orders too. The staff is always friendly and they often write uplifting things on your cup.
