We had a very good personalized 1 on 1 experience with Dylan and Tanner who were very knowledgeable and helpful with helping my son choose the right glove. They have a great selection of bats and gloves amongst other baseball and softball equipment here. The store is just big enough without being overwhelming. I can't thank Tanner and Dylan enough for the wonderful experience. They also have glove break in service which is normally $60 but $30 if you buy the glove from them. Since we are out of state they said they could keep the glove and complete the service which is 5-7 days and then ship to us. 10/10 recommend!!!

Women's PGA clothing was only along the wall in the very back. Pricing for men's shorts? As low as $39.00. For women? None as low as $39. They were priced at $72! I asked the sales guy about where the $39 shorts were for women. His response? "I don't know ... I don't know all the prices in the store." I found 2 associates, a woman and an older man, in conversation and interrupted them to share this experience. The woman was surprised and disappointed; said, "here's the guy who can really help." His response, "Aw no, they don't care about this stuff." Started to make an excuse. My response? "There's a name outside on this building that stands for something and I sure thought it was service and quality in the game of golf.... Which both men and women play." This is usually a spot or two that are open. Reservations are the best way to go. I like to check out the women's outfits especially their tops and skorts. There is typically a clothing sale in the rear of the store. The percentage off the rack vary from 10% to 50%. It is clearly marked so there should not be any questions. WARNING to all veterans and buyers considering Haley Strategic Partners…read more For over a month, I have been fighting Haley Strategic Partners to get a refund for a significant purchase that has been "stuck in transit" since early March. Instead of honoring its responsibility as the seller, HSP Customer Service has repeatedly hidden behind the carrier's slow claim process, refusing a refund until the package is returned or the claim is acknowledged. The hypocrisy is staggering: after a month and a half of fighting with them they offered to reship a replacement (acknowledging their liability for the loss), but refuse to refund the exact same amount of money for the original purchase. Haley Strategic Partners markets heavily to veterans and first responders, yet this is how they treat their core customer base. A company that claims its principles are "forged around the warriors we serve" and offers MIL/LE discounts is actively choosing to place the entire financial burden of a shipping failure on the customer. This demonstrates a complete lack of integrity and respect for the people who buy their "premium gear." My patience is exhausted. Since HSP explicitly stated they "will not be issuing a refund... at this time," I have initiated a full chargeback with my bank for non-receipt of goods and am filing formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau and state consumer protection authorities. Don't waste your time or hundreds of dollars on a company that will abandon you when their system fails. Haley Strategic Partners lost a customer for life.

After chatting with an employee via phone, I stopped by Soccer Mall and was elated to find that they had a Barcelona toddler set! The kid sets come with a shirt/jersey, shorts, and socks. Unfortunately, they didn't have anything in the current season for kids; it was from the 2017-2018 season. Since it was close in color scheme to the current season (and I couldn't find the current season anywhere else) I went ahead and got it. The Soccer Mall personalized the jersey for $15. It was ready in a couple of days and it looked so cute! The man who helped me was very friendly and helpful. The store was very neat and organized. The next time I'm looking to buy anything futbol (football) related, Soccer Mall will be my first stop.
