Very nice store. Beautifully decorated although I recently discovered all the plants you see are actually fake... very convincing though! I've browsed the boutique several times and staff are very nice and respectful if you want to shop or need help. Overall its a wonderful store. The prices however are outrageous. I understand Ralph wants to position his brand as a luxury store. Paying $2500 for a corduroy shirt seems a bit extreme, when Ralph himself went on CBS doing an interview wearing what looked like a Lauren shirt but was something he bought from Kmart in the 1990s for under $10. I noticed they raised their prices on everything further. If the items were made in USA I would understand more. But much of the home items and clothing is made in China and I know RL is not paying the Chinese workers part of the high markup. read more

This store was the worse retail experience I have ever had. The lost out on my sale because they were more concerned with whether I was there to shop or take. From the moment I walked in I was greeted poorly. They don't ask if you need help. But they will ask if you are "finding everything ok", while you are still on the doormat. It is code for we are watching you. By the time the 7th person ask me that I was not ok. I was in a shopping mood and would have gone all out. But not here. Nope. Ralph I hope you see this. The service was not very good I'll be honest, the lady at the counter near the perfumes was wonderful! She was so sweet and thoughtful. Contrasting to the other employees, I'm not sure if I was just being paranoid but no one came to help me, I'm Mexican and brown so my first thought it was because of racism, I'm not too "woke" because as soon as a "white"couple came in I saw plenty of people rushing to go help them. read more

I don't have much to review as it's Ralph Lauren - high-end clothing and accessories with a recognizable name. But I did want to compliment the manager here. We ordered something online that we didn't need, and learned online that we could take it to any store to exchange it. One of the trainee employees didn't know how to do this and was a bit rude since we weren't buying anything (and I guess not helping her sales figures?), but a store manager saw this and helped us out right away. It was more complicated than explained online - the store had to mail the item back in for us and couldn't give us store credit on the spot. Still, the manager took time to help us out and process the return for mailing. We appreciated her help! read more

This is a wonderful store if you aren't a person of color, or if you find the right sales person. I understand being profiled for the way I look, but to be both watched like I might be a thief while also being ignored like I can't afford to be there was something new. There was an older blonde woman who stared at me as I walked around the store but never once spoke to me (although she did make a point to talk to the grey haired man working there who turned out to be a supervisor, but more about him in a minute) There was a brunette woman who was an absolute delight and saved the experience for me. (I can't believe I forgot her name, but I will know her when I go in again) She greeted me warmly and gave me a tour through the entire store, including the Home department, which I had no clue was even there. She told me she was new, but I never would have guessed with her knowledge of the store. She helped me select a few items and saved the day for me. It was when I finally paid that the grey haired man spoke to me. Had he seemed so nice before I was spending money, it would have been more believable. I made a remark to my salesperson about how I was treaded when I walked in and all she could do was apologize. (I wish I knew where her business card went) I will be back to shop with my salesperson, but otherwise I can't see myself being welcomed by anyone else working there. It's a shame that racism has tainted such a brand and store that could be such a great shopping experience. I had heard similar stories from friends, but this was my first experience with it. read more

I purchased a polo shirt as a Xmas gift . When gift arrived, it was too small. Son took it back to be exchanged for larger size. He had gift receipt. Staff attempted to look me up in their data bank. They could not find my phone number or email address. I do not give my email out to stores nor my phone number. So because I was not in their data base; they would not exchange shirt. My son did not want money back, just a larger size. I am out quite a bit of money as the gift is useless to my son. I do not think this policy is fair and will not shop Ralph Lauren again. read more

It was time for me to update my business wardrobe. When it's that time,there are 3 Houses I look to. Hugo Boss St.John Ralph Lauren Had never been in the Lauren store at Biltmore and decided to give it a whirl. It was Sunday afternoon last week and it wasn't busy.Wasn't empty either,but not only was I not greeted by the 2 sales women at the front of the shop,in fact they both turned away from me! As I meandered, I did see a skirt on a manniquen that I liked and wanted to try with a summer white crisp jacket also displayed on a different manniquen. I passed by a few more salespeople who when I got near,managed to turn their backs to me or to quickly engage someone else in conversation. Hell,I would have been happy if a security guard started paying attention to me.. I couldn't find the skirt or jacket anywhere on the racks,and went to seek out the help of the sales staff. I walked back up to the front of the shop where the skirt was on the manniquen,in the hopes of purchasing it.You would think at this point someone would ask if they could help me.I was obviously looking for something and someone who could assist. One of the women who turned her back to me when I walked in,saw me,I smiled,made eye contact and a bee line to her. I started to say "Hello" and she again turned her back and simply walked to the back of the store! I was a bit stunned.At first I figured I'd follow behind asking if she could help me forcing her to just deal,but I decided to not further embarrass myself. Kind of a shame as I did want the jacket and skirt,the paring being around 700.00... I walked over to Macy's,where they did try to assist,but only carry the casual sportswear line of Lauren,and informed me that what I was looking at could only be bought from a Lauren store. I guess I saved some money that day,but still,it was a pretty shitty way to outright profile what you think can't afford to shop in your store.... read more

Terrific store in a wonderful shopping center. Men's selection was plentiful as was the terrific service provided by Hector. I was pleased to find a selection of black label options as well. Definitely recommend spending an afternoon ( weather permitting as this is an outdoor shopping center ) here walking around, grab lunch and do some great shopping! read more

This is a great store. The men's section is wonderfully edited with a great selection from their many lines (blue label, black, purple, RRL, Golf). My favorite area in the store is their furnishings/suiting section. A wonderful selection of ties, pocket squares, and dress shirts. When you go in be sure to ask for Chuck. read more

This is my all time favorite Ralph Lauren store low-key with excellent sales staff both the gentlemen and the wonderful female staff. So friendly and courteous, almost made me want to move from Scottsdale to Phoenix just to say hello on a daily basis for Pete's sake! I worked with Cameron who sold me a really cool denim workcoat I love, and bought the same boots he was wearing and even got the same shoe repair service nearby to put rubber soles on the underside of the toe area! I also bought a great pair of jeans and though when I got home saw they were a little tight (I'm a 'chunky' guy WTHTM). I called Cameron and although he said he had sent the larger pair back to bring in the ones that were too small and he would get the price the fit me better shipped BACK to the store. (Now this is where it gets interesting.) Allison who was so nice it was hard to believe she was a Manager (I know right?) actually hugged me and wished me a Merry XMas!! What on God's green earth? Doesn't she know I'm from Snobbsdale? I felt like Scrooge when Tiny Tim hugged him in . . . well you get the picture. Amazing people, yes people, the real RL "product."
