I have been to Badamos Pizza many times I am surprised I did not write a review. The staff are friendly and helpful. The store itself is very small no tables just a place to stand up and eat. Badamos is almost strictly takeout. Generally I like the Sicilian pepperoni which for me is the best. The last visit I got a half pepperoni half regular and 6 garlic knots. I will definitely be going again and again. Badamos is definetly one of the best pizza places in pittsburgh.

Yesterday was my first time here. The staff was very cool and I ended up eating two kinds of pizza slices, plus a Sicilian Blood Orange juice soda to drink. The pizzas were delicious and so was the soda. Nice, comfortable location. Good people make all the difference . . . Cheers!!

Our friends rave about this his pizza. It was easy to order online. They don't have specialty pizzas, but you can customize a classic or Sicilian style. As someone who doesn't eat red meat, I was hoping for a chicken topping option, but they didn't have one. The order was done quickly for pick up. The pizza itself definitely hit the spot. It wasn't an overly thick crust, but still nice and doughy. If you're looking for a good, tasty, greasy kind of pizza this is your spot.

Why this place does not have more reviews is mind boggling!!! We have been wanting to come here for such a long time, and we finally were close enough during lunch time to grab a slice. We were greeted immediately and we ordered each a square slice and then one other slice to share along with a water and Turners Tea...a must! We sat in the little but cute dining area and the pizza was some of the best we have ever had!!! The square pizza was crunchy at the first bite and then soft and then just delicious! I wish we lived closer to come over and grab a slice but we will for sure be back!!!

I got the Sicilian white with pepperoni and it blew my mind! Perfect crust, perfect pepperoni, perfect flavors. The ranch was so good too! I don't usually go for Sicilian style, but man am I glad I did this time. Definitely one of the best pizzas in the Burgh. Next time I want to try the classic pizza! I ordered online and picked it up in store.

Friends recommended this place to us and they were not wrong. This pizza was delicious. We tried the pepperoni Sicilian and their white pizza. The crust had a nice crunch and wasn't overly chewy. The toppings had great flavor and were a good quality per slice. Now the restaurant itself is small and not a traditional sit down be served place but thats perfectly OK. You order at the counter (where you can see some of the pizzas they have available) grab a drink from the cooler and you can either grab and go or sit at one of the 5 smaller tables off to the side. We sat in the restaurant to eat and It was nice they called us when our slices were ready, once the crowd died down they checked on us, and everyone was very polite. Also the price was spot on for quantity and quality.

Unbelievable slice of pizza. Quality ingredients, quality recipes, incredible service every single time. Very fairly priced too. If you haven't been, you're missing out

I've ordered takeout from Badamos many times. The first time was from the north side location (also excellent) but the Dormont location is close to home and where I have continued to order because of proximity. While I usually order a whole pie, this last visit was for some quick slices, which is an amazing option to have when you're needing some food before/during errands (never go shopping hungry!). I don't normally choose Sicilian pizza, but this slice of pepperoni was perfection. Crispy but not overly oily. The pepperoni was perfect. I made an audible mmmmm when I took my first bite. WOW. I don't really love white pizza but the spinach and feta looked great, so I wanted to give it a try. While the flavor was ok and crust was good, it just wasn't for me because I simply prefer a red sauce pie. This is my first choice for local pizza pickup (they do offer delivery unless through a third-party delivery service). So, so good.

I have been wanting to go in for a visit due to all the reviews on Facebook. Still has the same setup as the old Campeti's pizza that previously occupied the space. We were greeted as soon as we walked in. There is a cooler with a selection of pop & of course you can get Turners Iced Tea. We opted for silicon slices with pepperoni & a slice of white with ricotta and spinach. Pizza came up quickly. I will say the crust was so light & amazing. Sauce was very good but a little too much for me. My husband and I really appreciated the amount of pepperoni on the pizza also. The white pizza was a regular slice & it had great flavor also. We surely will be back. Just wish they sold a whole smaller pie so I can get a fresh piece. Staff is super friendly too. I totally appreciate a smile & a nice hello.

Easy to order on phone. Garlic knots were over cooked/really burnt and lacked garlic. Pizza was good but sauce was not anywhere near edge with 2 to 3 inches of crust.

Its a decent serving size for an appetizer. I enjoyed it. The nachos were surprisingly tasty. When they came out I was unsure about them because any other time I've ever ordered a loaded type nacho they're, how do I explain it, more colorful I guess. Usually its like bacon and American cheese, guac, pico, etc., but these were just shades of white and green. I wish I could've finished them but the portion was quite a bit for 1 person. My only gripe would be the chicken. It reminded me of the meat you get in a launchable. I think I would rather prefer a crispy diced chicken. But that's just me. The other 2 didn't have any complaints about the Rival Stix or the burger. The Chicken Tenders were said to not have much flavor in the breading. The person who ordered them didn't care for the breading. I was also tempted into some sort of creme brulee donut I think. It was really good but I was already so stuffed from the nachos that I couldn't finish it. Its for the sweet tooth folks. The general space is all sports themed as expected. Quite spacious. Seems like the perfect place to come after work for a beer...and nachos!

The burger was juicy and the Rival Sauce was some kind of aioli that added some zip to it. The fries were crispy but not overcooked. The Great White Hype pizza was basic. Nothing outstanding, but not bad either. I have been to this location three times and I would say the food has been hit-or-miss. Service has also been spotty. During lunch (my first trip), our waitress was very attentive, drinks were consistently refilled, and our food came out promptly. The second time, I had to flag down our waitress quite several times to get anything. Nothing to complain about when it comes to the prices. Everything is standard and they have some solid happy hour offerings that extend until 6:30pm while others start after 7pm. On a scale of 1-5: Food - 3 Service - 3.5 Price - 4.5

Bonus points for being in Mount Washington, which allowed us to ride the Monongahela Incline up and the Duquesne Incline down. Yes it was a bit of a walk but Bigham Tavern was worth it! It was a Monday night, so there was also live music. Crowd was reasonable and we were seated at a comfortable table with a good view of the television. Our waitress was awesome, so patient! Her patience was tested because we don't drink much and wanted to order the food gradually throughout the game. We benefited from happy hour pricing for a tasty pickle dip and glasses of wine. We added some outstanding wings, so many great flavors to choose from! Next phase was an outstanding gluten free pesto and mozzarella pizza! Crust was too good to be true! The game was rough at first but turned around in time for me to order the Big Ham sandwich with a side of kale salad. The sandwich was delicious and served on a pretzel bun. The kale salad was an awesome side dish, tons of flavor! The game kept improving and we enjoyed the rest of it in the bar area with some great fans. Lots of televisions. Great neighborhood vibe!
