Badda Bing's is an exceptional quick-service spot that delivers true restaurant-quality food. During my visit, I ordered the Mediterranean Salad, Chicken Gyro Pita meal, Tuscan Sausage, a cup of chili, cheese curds, and a large chocolate malt. The cheese curds had the look and flavor you'd expect from a quality bar or restaurant -- crispy, flavorful, and satisfying. The chili leaned heavily on beans but offered a hearty texture and rich taste. The Mediterranean Salad impressed with its generous toppings and portion size, easily enough for leftovers. The Chicken Gyro Pita was tasty and well-prepared; however, the fries that accompanied it were a bit under-salted and were the only part of the meal that felt more like typical fast food. The standout dish was easily the Tuscan Sausage. Cooked to perfection, it was packed with flavor, and the toppings and cheese complemented the sausage beautifully. I would absolutely give it a 10/10 and highly recommend it. I also appreciated the option to order a chocolate malt -- not just a standard shake. The malt itself was delicious, though it would have been even better if they offered add-ins or toppings for a custom touch. Overall, Badda Bing's is far more than a quick meal pickup spot. It's a restaurant-quality establishment with a wide-ranging menu, convenient drive-thru service, and a prime location in Calistoga Plaza that only adds to its charm. Badda Bing's is honestly one of my favorite places around--and let's be real, it's just a fun name to say too. I genuinely cannot believe this place only has a 3-point-something rating because every experience I've had here has been fantastic. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and attentive, and the food is even better. I honestly haven't had a single thing here that wasn't absolutely delicious. I've also ordered catering from them multiple times, and they've always done an amazing job. Everything is fresh, flavorful, and people always ask where the food came from afterward. The owner is another reason this place stands out. Always greeting people with a smile, always appreciative, and just genuinely pleasant to deal with. That kind of atmosphere makes a huge difference. Best beefs in town - period! I've had their beef sandwiches many times and they never disappoint. I have a hefty drive ahead of me when I come here (about 30 minutes) and it's well worth it. The only reason why its not a 5 star review is because depending on the time of day you can be waiting quite a while for your order. I think yesterday was my bad time to come here. Ambrosino's needs to let this guy know to he is too take a person's order one item at a time or even two at a time and that's it.
