I called Bader Auto Detailing in hopes to find a place that would clean the outside and vacuum the inside of my car to get the winter crap out without charging an arm and a leg. I didn't need any extensive detailing. They offered me a great price. I would highly recommend calling this place if you are looking at getting your car cleaned or detailed. The owner was extremely easy to chat with and the car looked great. His business model seems to be, "Charge a reasonable amount and make the customer happy, then they'll come back." I brought my car in after getting some over spray on it at work. My car was speckled with paint and felt like sandpaper. They didn't remove the over spray. Rather they buffed out the roughness and my car is still speckled. When I went to pick my car up the owner showed me my car in the dark garage so of course it looked okay (my car is black). After seeing it in the sunlight later on I called and told them. Went back to get a refund and the guy refused because I had taken my car already. Also when I showed up he was smoking a cigarette right by a customers car that had the door open. read more

I had my vehicle rust proofed and undercoated along with a full detail. I had no swirl marks on my car when I dropped it off, when I got it back it looked like it was waving at me. I was embarrassed to drive it home! Also, I had undercoating stains on my seats and when I asked Mr. Bader about them, he said they were there before he had my car. I had a bad experience before with a detail company so I learned my lesson and took pictures of my car inside and out before dropping it off. I showed nimer these photos and he said there was nothing he could do unless I wanted to pay for his time. I had a conversation with Nimer about his experience, he told me he was a detailer for ferrari and other dealerships that specialized in high end cars, I checked up on his claims and found them to be false as well. I recommend anyone who appreciates quality work and an honest business man to stay far far away from Bader detailing!!!! read more

Spectacular! I had just purchased a used Volvo, and while the exterior looked as if it needed a much over-due wash, there was an awful smell coming from the interior. I had asked the dealer if he could dealer if he could recommend a detail shop near bye that could take out the smell, and he sent me to Bader Detailing. I gave them a call and he set me up with an appointment the next day. I dropped my vehicle off and received a ride to from my house while they worked on my Volvo. After about two hours i rode back to the shop and was shown to my vehicle. The smell was gone and the entire car looked amazing! I really recommend Bader Detailing! read more

I recently had my car detailed. I was taken to office and picked up promptly after the car was detailed. The work done was very good. They forgot to put back the mats. However, I returned the next day and they were reinstalled. I found the owner to be a lovely person and I would not hesitate to recommend this business. read more

I called Bader's shop looking for someone to detail my car. Owner quoted a price that was substantially lower than the 4 other places in the Yellow Pages, and said he could get me in "right away". When I drove up no more than 20 minutes later, there were three cars ahead of me, and the staff seemed VERY unattentive and unprofessional. Owner was communicating with his staff outside the shop in a way that made me feel sorry for them. One of them was asked a question directly by the owner, and he would not respond. I decided to take my car somewhere else instead of saving a few dollars with the lowest bidder. While I don't know the quality of Bader's work, I felt very uncomfortable with the whole situation and didn't have confidence that my car would get the quality of service I expect. read more

I went to get my car detailed inside and out. They didn't even touch the car roof and the Windows were blotchy and smudged. Worst customer service ever. Very hard to understand when talking. Unprofessional don't recommend not worth the money. read more

I dropped my car at Bader auto detailing, to detail my car. after coming back to get my car, I found my car not clean, i had stain spots on my carpets and the chairs. the carpet and the chairs were wet and the smell was not good, and I asked them what was this smell in my car, it wasn't there before and he told me its because of the wet carpet and the we chairs. i kept my car windows open for a whole week for the smell to go away. i had to call the dealer ship and they cleaned my car with the shampoo, and he gave me a spray and he told me to spray my car at night and i had to go thorough all of this hardships and pay extra money because i went to Bader detailing shop. he welcomed me first for my business but when i came to pick my car up he changed 180 decree. I personally do not recommend anymore to go to Bader auto shop, you will just lose your money and have your car smell and feel worst than what it was before. read more
