Most recently, since I bought an EV, I had my car towed to Seversin's after flying off the road and getting a flat tire in a snow storm. On a weekend. They talked to me on Monday, and told me to wait. Called me Tuesday and said the tire held air and didn't need to be replaced ( they could have lied and charged me for a new tire...I was totally convinced the tire was ruined). When I picked up the car, I asked, "How much?" No charge. I have had a different tire torn previously, and they replaced it within two days and charged less than $300 for the new tire and labor. These guys aren't fancy but they're honest and timely. They also allow use of their outside air hose absolutely free! You can trust them.

There is an attendant at the car wash entrance to help guide you onto the moving platform, but mainly to give you the dash wipe. You get an individually packed wet wipe to clean off your dashboard while you are moved through the water and soap of the wash. However, the best part of this wash is afterwards you drive and park into the line of high powered vacuums. They have garbage cans so you can dispose of whatever collection you collect while traveling. And then you can vacuum your seats, floorboards and in my case the supply of dog fur thanks to my furry bestie and the crumbs that stuck in my booster seats even when my kids aren't eating in the van. And that stray Cheerio won't clog your home vacuum cleaner. So next time you need gas fill up at the station and go wash your car. Unless you're claustrophobic. Check my text history and realize in the 3 weeks since calling to book. Confirming via texts and following up... checking Google maps to see the building. Confirming the 36m one way drive... I've been blown off or stood up or something but l proceed to call around town for prices and availability. Even completed the Yelp "get a quote." I'm actually more hurt than bothered. I was excited. It's a small business. I don't want to go to the big guys and always want to patronize the startups as I get it. The fact I took out cash & a tip is doing a lot. Emptied the car so no one has to worry what to keep and what goes. The day has passed. No follow up calls nor texts. I Create the page for Yelp. Maybe Yelp won't take it down in a few months or years. Maybe the owner will be contacted about this review and remember me. Hear me, in earnest, then expand the business.
