It is a spotlessly clean inside everything gleams.. I think it looks better than when I bought it new. The biggest issue I've had with other detailers is having the upholstery and rugs be wet. Not a problem with Infinity. Everything was dry. The steering wheel wasn't tacky and none of the interior dashboard felt like sticky. For a reasonable price (I have it non SUV hatchback and paid $160) my car looks so good. Highly recommend them and will definitely be back next year.

When asking why they didn't vacuum along side of the seats I was told they don't have a crevice tool and I would need to purchase the full detail service. For the $38, top of the line wash you would think they could spring for a crevice tool. Like I always say: "If you want a job done right, do it yourself."

Instead of removing the scratches, they put a ton of color on the rusty parts of my car, which I haven't asked for. I wanted to remove the rust carefully and then put a mild color. definitely didn't want to carelessly add colors on top of the rust. It's a touch free wash and I expected it to be like any car wash but it was not. As I'm sitting there watching the dog get nervous I wondered at the sign that said something about "tri-colored foam." Huh?? And then it began...PINK, BLUE, YELLOW! Swirls and swirls of this colored foam blanketing my car. What fun! But really all that matters is the result... I've truly never received a better wash from an automated car wash. My car looked like it came out of a detail shop.
