Unfortunately, when we were handed off to the front desk, the level of customer service dropped a bit. I had to ask about the warranty and return policy myself, as this information wasn't explained before the total was presented. The delivery process went well. Two service technicians removed the old stove and quickly installed the new one. They were very patient with my mother and took the time to thoroughly explain and demonstrate the stove's features. They even went back to the store to retrieve a copy of the appliance manual, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, I was impressed with our experience and would encourage others to give Pate Appliances a chance if they're in the market for a new appliance.

I have had multiple companies…read more(A-Appliance Repair, etc., ) come out here and charge hundreds of $ to tell me our 14 month old LG dishwasher could not be repaired. I have made several calls to LG Customer Service and found out that the Control Panel was still under warranty. I asked them for a list of companies they recommended in the Cincinnati area. FUSE Appliance Repair was on this list. I called and spoke to Luke at FUSE and gave him some information about our dishwasher. In less than 12 hours he gave me the part number and everything I needed to provide to LG. The part ( the control panel) arrived at FUSE and Luke called to schedule an appointment. Sergei came out with new control panel and in less than 15 minutes he had our dishwasher going again. There was a $150 service charge, but that was nothing compared to the companies who came out here, charged me hundreds of dollars, and did NOTHING! I don't know about other brands, but if you have LG products that need repaired, you don't need to call any other repair company!. In fact, if I have a problem with another brand's products, the first call I will make is to FUSE. Thank you Luke and Sergei! I also have a problem with the ICE MAKER on my 3 year old LG refrigerator. That also was going to be in the hundreds of dollars to repair. I contacted LG directly about my problems and was told the Control Panel on the dishwasher was under warranty?? Why didn't Nick tell me that?. A-1 was prompt a coming out, knowing they would collect their inspection charge. After that, no help at all. I did contact A-1 and explained about what LG had said, but I received an explanation that they would have no way of knowing about the Warranty on the Control Panel.
